Great location and value for money, always happy to return here.
Pros:

Great location and good value - especially on a weekend when you don't have to pay for parking

Cons:

Receptionist had left a note on reception desk - away for five minutes. It was more like ten which was frustrating as we were in a hurry. Didn't apologise at all for not being there. We were in a two bedroom apartment in a corner where the second bedroom had a tiny little window that looked out on a wall. Not that great for the price we were paying for it.

Convent, comfortable and quiet
Pros:

Location was perfect and it was a quiet location

Cons:

The room was super stuffy and warm when we arrived and there was no windows in the bedroom so had to wait for the air conditioning to bring temp down
Also in my room (35 with the ensuite) the curtain had rips in it

Excellent. Would recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Great location. Short walk into central Auckland. Studio had everything for a great stay. Cafes and Restaurants just around the corner.

Pros:

We liked the location, it was very quiet (except the air conditioning unit - see below), close to restaurants, we could park our car onsite and the staff were very pleasant. We would stay there again.

Cons:

We had a rattle in the air conditioning unit, so I turned it off for it to be quiet. The room was a tad smaller than I expected and for the price, but the positives outweigh the negatives.

Pros:

Great space. Clean. It was close to many restaurants and shops. It was also walking distance to where we rented a car for the rest of our New Zealand trip. The indoor/outdoor lap pool was an amazing bonus that entertained us. It was a nice safe place for us to shelter from the impending cyclone.
