الموظفه الوحيده الي كانت لبقه اميره ، انا الباقي النفسيات والتعامل سيء ، وحلو الموقع انه بمنطقه حضاريه وقريبه من اغلب الاماكن
بالبداية السعر وقت الحضور اختلف عن الي كان ببوكينق واخبرني زيادة فرقية سعر الضرايب مع العلم انه اختلف عن بوكينق مع حسبتي للضرايب مسبقاً ، والحمامات جدا قديمه وتفوح منها ريحة بواليع ، وخدمة تنظيف الغرف مش ولابد والمخدات كانو متعبين للرقبة والكنبات جداً يابسين وغير مريحين بالمختصر ( الفندق يحتاج لتجديد من الى )
The staff was so helpful and friendly also the location is amazing, all was good we really enjoyed our stay in Ramada as it is my favorite place.

كل شي… والموظفين ودودين رغم قلة عددهم .. حجزت 3 غرف وعملوا ترقية لاحدى الغرف مجانا ، وكذلك اعطوني تمديد خروج لاحدى الغرف يشكرون على ذلك .. واخص بالذكر موظفة الاستقبال السيدة ( أميره ) تعاملها راقي وقمة بالاحترافية

The location is perfect, as the property is situated right in downtown Beirut. Although I experienced a delay of almost an hour and a half during check-in, despite arriving at around 7:00 pm, Paul and Amira were exceptional and did their best to make up for it. Their kindness and excellent hospitality truly helped make my stay enjoyable.
The size of the room and the bed were somewhat small, and the furniture could benefit from some upgrading and refreshing.
