Wir waren im Hotel Transatlantik in Kemer und würden es leider nicht noch einmal buchen.

Unserer Meinung nach entspricht das Hotel keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Die gesamte Anlage und insbesondere die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. In unserem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage kaum – es kam nur ein wenig kühle Luft heraus, was bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr unangenehm war.

Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings nichts Besonderes. Leider war das Essen häufig nur lauwarm oder sogar kalt. Außerdem musste man oft lange auf Speisen und Getränke warten. Besonders am Omelettstand gab es jeden Morgen lange Warteschlangen, da nur eine Mitarbeiterin Omeletts für alle Gäste zubereitete.

Ein weiteres großes Problem war die geringe Anzahl an Liegen. Wer nicht früh morgens reserviert hat, hatte kaum eine Chance, einen freien Platz zu bekommen.

Auch die Handtuchausgabe fanden wir sehr unpraktisch. Dafür musste man jedes Mal bis in die unterste Etage laufen. Für ein paar Handtücher einen so langen Weg zurücklegen zu müssen, ist aus unserer Sicht nicht zeitgemäß.

Bei unserer Ankunft war außerdem der Hotelparkplatz vollständig belegt, sodass wir zunächst keinen Parkplatz finden konnten.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir besonders den Mitarbeiter Rojat, der jederzeit freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit war. Der Großteil des übrigen Personals wirkte auf uns hingegen eher lustlos und wenig motiviert, wodurch wir uns als Gäste nicht immer willkommen fühlten.

Der Freizeitbereich ist ebenfalls stark veraltet. Die Billardtische sind alt und abgenutzt, die Queues teilweise kaum noch benutzbar. Auch die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder sind sehr begrenzt und könnten deutlich verbessert werden. Hinzu kommen veraltete Stühle und Tische, die den renovierungsbedürftigen Gesamteindruck zusätzlich verstärken.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt leider nicht überzeugt.

Очень вкусно кормили. Понравилась работа детских аниматоров. Шикарный бассейн. Хороший пляж. Красивый,уютный отель. Классно что все почти говорят по-русски.

Cons:

Жаль что бассейн закрывался в 19. Некоторые бармены делали коктейли на глаз,очень крепкие невкусные коктейли. Одного бармена Марата мы оценили!
