Cobh
Pros:

Upon our arrival, Tamara on reception was excellent, friendly and welcoming as were all the staff. The little personal touches in the room each day was lovely. Fresh water, blueberry muffins, biscuits and a little yellow duck which could be placed anywhere in the bathroom was so cute.

Cons:

The mattresses on the beds were very firm which left it a little uncomfortable to sleep.

Was ok rooms abit dated staff friendly and helpful
Pros:

Loction good close to everything

Cons:

Location bad close to pubs especially kellies ppl wondering around shouting and screaming till well after half 2am, no air con seriously ok not in every room if its a cost issue but for suites or even a fan, and no bar with your roof top terrace missed opportunity going up and down to bar is crazy. 9euro per day for parking as guest is abit strange you should let ppl know before booking or just include in price and say free parking 😉

Great stay in Cobh.
Pros:

We loved the proximity to the main town a real bonus, we walked everywhere. The staff were very professional and helpful. Our room was old but clean, and had a good bathroom with a nice strong water pressure. The bed was comfy. Our meals in the restaurant were really good. We had tasty breakfasts, lunches and great Sunday roasts.

Cons:

We were on an upper floor so had a few stairs and fire doors to traverse with our cases which was hard, but we knew about this, and were prepared.
We didn't like that smokers were just outside the front entrance smoking, it wafted into the lobby and was quite unpleasant.

Unique and Lovely Place To Stay By The Bay
Pros:

The location is fantastic and would suggest a ocean view to watch all the excitement going on in town and in the bay. The add on breakfast was good but not exceptional, and the wait staff were new so cant fault them too much.

Cons:

Cant say there was anything we didn’t like, except that the Hotel is super old so don’t expect perfection but we love the uniqueness of properties like The Commodore so we enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

The sea-view has pleasant views of the harbour. Staff were helpful on the whole.

Cons:

Facilities should be modernised, rather narrow and small bath with the shower above. Unfortunately the rooms are not equipped to deal with hot summer temperatures as it's an old hotel with a sort of worn-out elegance.

Did the job. A Little Over-priced.
Pros:

My room was lovely. €384 for one night on a Monday. Very expensive. I felt it was not worth the money after staying there.

Cons:

I didn't feel it was the most welcoming hotel. A little bit more Irish hospitality wouldn't go a miss.
