Excellent Stay. Will certainly be booking again when heading to Windsor in the future.

Absolute fantastic. Was a 1 night stay over heading down to Windsor. Staff were fantastic, room was made up brilliantly, everyone had a smile. We had our dog with us. Great walking path around hotel. He came everywhere with us in the hotel and the hotel staff were very kind to him and had no issue with him. We were well looked after Inc down at breakfast. The girl made a table up for us in the lounge area. Which was very thoughtful and appreciative.

Nothing, everything was great.

Cons:

The shower gel is always empty when you first check in. You have to ask for it to be refilled on bring your own. When you ask for a second key, it never works and you have to go back to reception to have it sorted.

Pros:

Very handy for M6. Plenty of parking. Clean and spacious rooms. Good bar and restaurant. Berg good breakfast.

Cons:

Too hot! This hotel is a big box and Aircon is needed. They gave us a fan which helped a bit but in warm weather the heat in the room is a problem.

Easy and chill stay overnight for an event in Crewe. Would happily stay here again.
