Scott’s was a beautiful hotel inside with updated amenities!
Pros:

The lovely hotel entrance, clean, comfortable rooms, outdoor singers and the incredible pictures of Killarney in the background- showing me all the places I had visited that day!! Breakfast was great! Great location!

I recommend this place only for a single-night stay without children.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our stay was very disappointing due to major noise and privacy issues. The door to our room could not be closed completely, leaving a visible gap. We had zero privacy and could see and hear everything from the hallway. On top of that, there was significant noise from the street every evening, and we could also hear running water from the neighboring rooms. The soundproofing in this hotel is practically non-existent.
