Wonderful stay we will never forget.
Pros:

So central to everything we were keen to enjoy in Killarney. Parking onsite was definitely appreciated! Room was very comfortable and peaceful. We also enjoyed finishing our Killarney pub crawl in Scott’s Bar where the music performers were both great and the patrons happy and friendly.Staff fantastic in bar and hotel.

Cons:

Nothing - they can be blamed for the annoying Americans loud talking all through breakfast.

Total zentral gelegen. Sehr gutes Frühstück und hilfreicher Service an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck im Appartement war teilweise sehr schwach. Die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert, daher ist es am Abend recht laut.

The most satisfying aspect of our stay was the friendliness of all the staff we met and the wonderful food that was served.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very large, clean and quiet in a central location. Breakfast was included and there were many hot options to choose from, which exceeded our expectations.

Enjoyable stay - will book again and would recommend to others
Pros:

Bonus was an upgrade of our room! An unexpected but pleasant surprise!
Food overall nice and hot! However, would advise review of portion size.
Staff in dining area very attentive and friendly. A credit to the hotel and young staff

Breakfast portions - Staff should be empowered to offer extra portions where required!
Bedroom, Supply instruction leaflet for air conditioning as very confusing how to control the system run time!
No switch(?) - To control side bedside lights?? Confusing! Had to remove card to knock off all lights making it potentially unsafe if one had to get up in the dark during the night!

It was value for money, location perfect and the apartment was spacious & well presented

Nothing, we had a put you up in the lounge but that helped establish the value and obvs we knew this in advance.
