Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Man kann in dem Hotel Zimmerservice für den nächsten Tag buchen. Dies habe ich zweimal gemacht, gekommen ist keiner. Generell waren die Flure dreckig, leere Biergläser standen zumindest zwei Tage lang herum, keiner hat für Ordnung gesorgt.
Sehr hellhörig, keine Klimaanlage und laut von der Straße.

All power went off in the middle of the night.
Lots of weird things happened, strange people trying to enter our bedrooms. A member of staff tried to coerce me into the bin area.

Extremely disappointing stay – far below expected standards
Pros:

Very disappointing stay at Sunday Staines Upon Thames.
I booked a Privilege Room but found mould covering the ceiling, with expected amenities such as complimentary bottled water also missing.
The fire alarm repeatedly went off throughout the night, seriously disrupting my sleep. The shower was also unusable as the control knob was broken, meaning there was no hot water.
The following morning, I was told at check in that breakfast was included, only to be charged £15.95 when I attended. To make matters worse, I found a bug in the food, making it completely inedible. Despite raising this, I was not offered a refund.
I subsequently submitted a formal complaint with photographs of the mould and insect, but I have received no response from the hotel whatsoever.
Mould, a broken shower, repeated fire alarms, incorrect breakfast information and an insect in the food are completely unacceptable. This was a very poor experience and nowhere near the standard I would expect from a hotel.

Relaxed riverside location near the airport
Pros:

It was enjoyable to relax and have a simple meal on the terrace next to the river. The hotel is quite close to Heathrow airport, and parking was available on site for a fee.

Cons:

The communications through WhatsApp were somewhat confusing - e.g. I was advised by the Sunday London that a check in form would be sent to me before arrival to be completed ahead of check in. However, the form was sent to me late (8:30pm) on the day of my stay and after I had already arrived and checked in.

Untruthful advertisement to attract customers
Cons:

No breakfast without extra payment. No staff at the bar for ages. Main issue is calling themselves T5 online to potential airport users yet not being there at all and are a 20 minute drive away. No sheets on the bedding! Dirty walls. Car park is first come first served and you have to pay. They dont answer calls or emails

Misleading people
Pros:

Do not book this place. It lies on their website saying its just minutes away from Terminal 5. Its advertised as a terminal 5 airport to con people. Ita 20 minutes away with not enough car spaces! They wont let you cancel...do not answer calls or emails.

Very good value for money with very nice staff and close to Thorpe Park.

Very nice view on the river. Great parking off the street. Super vlose to Thorpe Park.

Nothing. Its a typical english older building but nicely done up and totally suitable for our one night stay.
