A tired Sunday in Staines
Pros:

The rooms we were in bore no resemblance to the photos nor did the hotel. The bar area, the garedens or the views.

Cons:

The rooms, bathrooms, the hotel in general decor, carpets etc were all very, very tired and worn out, the carpets were old, the timber facade outside in the beer garden was crumbling, again ot was tired, dirty and messy, the paintwork needed redecorating throughout the hotel and the bathrooms were not the modernised refitted ones in the pictures of the privilege rooms we booked but grotty, moldy ones with tired baths and broken shower rails and broken sinks, no working extractors and broken bins. The bed matresses in our room, number 3 were old marked and bobbly, the bedding was equally tired and our quilt was marked with burns and yellow stains. The furniture was again all old and chipped or scratched. The room was marketed with a Nespresso coffee machine and coffee as part of the package, but there wasnt one in the room, and i had to go and get one provided because they werent going to, as they were offering a kettle only with instant coffee.

Em geral gostei, simples mas pelo valor atendeu as necessidades.
Pros:

Quarto estava limpo, espaçoso. Não tomei café no hotel, foi bom pra uma curta estadia e próximo do aeroporto, ainda fizemos um passeio em Windsor.

Was good if clean. Left early as wasn’t good.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good bar and entertainment

Cons:

Cleanliness of room was disappointing as bin wasn’t emptied and had nappies in it. Mirror and sink tape has marks. Lots of sight of wear and tear. Dusty on TV.

Cons:

It was really dirty, even had open packet of gone off chicken in the fridge from previous guests. Fridge wasn't even working. Hair all over the bathroom. The sink was blocked. Dirty towels and rubbish left in the corridors the whole time we were there.

First time i refused to stay in a hotel, Management need to do something.
Pros:

We refused to stay, it was the worst hotel room i have ever seen, bed was filthy, stains, hairs and lots of black bits on the mattress protector. Out side the room was at least 20 cigarettes butts, room needed a full refurb.
First room we paid for a river view and you could not see the river with the trees.
It was disgraceful, i work in a hotel and have never seen such a dirty room.

Cons:

Everything.
