Breakfast was excellent and service was prompt.
A great range of shampoo and shower gel provided in the room. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The room was hot, stuffy and poorly ventilated. However our stay did coincide with the hottest day of the year so far(34C).
The bathroom extractor wasn't working.
The pillows are too soft and unsupportive.

Having to pre book parking
Good location, usual quality, excellent food and excellent service.
The room was in need of redecoration. Bathroom newly fine but room fallen a little behind.
Lovley hotel, easy to check in, and the room was presented very well.
Large room and immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable and the black out curtains were a nice touch.
Breakfast was excellent. Good continental and made to order options available.
We booked a basement room which does state on the listing that on occasion, there could be *slight* noise disturbance.
Slight is an understatement. You can hear walking, banging, furnishings being dragged etc. As breakfast starts at 7am, you will be subject to disturbance from that time as the room is immediately below the Bistro.
If you're a deep sleeper you'd probably be okay! Personally, if was to stay again, I'd request a room in the main building.
Perfect location. Stunning hotel. Gorgeous, spacious bedroom & huge bathroom with a traditional free standing bath. Lovely view across the park. Loved our stay.
The only negative was the noise from the traffic as we had to have the windows open due to the heat.
Central location for exploring Harrogate. Comfortable bed. We managed to get a parking space, but can see there were lots of other long term parking - multi storey car parks near by if the hotel ones are taken.
Breakfast was super. Would stay again.
There was building works/ road works outside our room and it was very hot weather, so having a window open was tricky. (Not the staff/ hotel’s fault) but One small fan per room wasn’t enough. I called down to reception a few times but no response. I was hoping to ask for another fan. No one at reception when I walked down either so sadly I gave up.
Fabulous room. Lovely breakfast. Great location. Visit regularly and will continue to do so.
Great location and really good hotel, Staff really friendly 😊
Was a bit loud outside with there being a big fan/extractor
The staff were friendly.
The room was too hot, the air con did not work and the blinds didn't keep the light out in the morning.
Beautiful spacious room, amazing ensuite and great location
Staff not very friendly and poor communication about parking
The room was lovely, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very clean.
Breakfast was slightly disappointing. Omelette wasn’t an omelette it was a mushed up version of scrambled egg. Coffee from the machine was poor quality coffee.Considering you have a brilliant bean to coffee maker in the bar area it would have been much better to have a quality coffee in the morning as breakfast is not cheap it was definitely disappointing.
Everything was brilliant we enjoyed our stay

Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast. Our room had balcony which was nice to sit out on in the evening.
No air conditioning which made it uncomfortable in heat wave. They did provide a little fan but the room was unbearably hot. Reception staff could have been friendlier.
Lovely room, large, fab bed, huge bathroom
Parking expensive
