Cons:

Ar condicionado não funcionou no segunda dia, tomada descolando da parede. Garçom do bar se recusou a fazer o drink cortesia as 22:45, na entrada da estadia foi nos avisado que poderiamos pegar o dirnk até as 23:00.

Localização excelente e o hotel de uma maneira gertal, é bom.

Cons:

Péssima iluminação no quarto, que não possui luminária no teto , apenas no corredor de entrada e os pontos de luz que possuia como abajour, eram luz amarela, deixando o quarto extremamente escuro. Então para quem viaja a trabalho, não consegue trabalhar a noite. Cheguei a reclamar no hotel, mas não demonstraram boa vontade em resolver, alegando que essa era a acomodação escolhida, que NÂO consta nenhuma informação da pouca iluminação na descrição do quarto neste site ou no próprio site do hotel.
Outro ponto foi a limpeza do quarto que não foi feita. Precisei solicitar quando retornei ao hotel depois do trabalho.
