Very enjoyable
Pros:

We were very pleased to have a lovely upgraded room on our return visit, much appreciated.
The location is excellent with views of the mountains and free frequent buses to Salzburg.
Breakfast was also excellent in a sunny eating area with outside seating.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have the bar open although there was a vending machine available.

A great experience
Pros:

There is nothing not to love about this hotel.
The owners are lovely and so helpful and all the other staff are so friendly,nothing is to much trouble.
Our room was spacious,very clean,and very comfortable,with a lovely balcony to relax at the end of the day.
Breakfast was outstanding and delicious with lots of local products,wonderful,with a lovely view over the garden.
The hotel is in a little village just outside salzburg which we enjoyed and getting into the centre was not a problem with buses running regularly. Would recommend a stay.We will be back

I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and quiet vacation. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. It is a few steps away from the bus stop, which is very convenient. Also, it is a walking distance from a few restaurants that serve Austrian cuisines with reasonable prices.

The best thing of all is the staff. The lady that attends to the breakfast/dining area goes above and beyond to ensure that everybody is welcomed/greeted and attended to. There are always boiled eggs, but she asks if I would like something different like scrambled eggs! By the way, the breakfast options are amazing! The gentleman in the reception always greeted me regardless of whether I was going out or coming back. He ensures that my exploration of Salzburg is as smooth as possible. Last but not least, Antonia, who has given me all the information on local restaurants and tour packages that save me time and money.
