Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel Okay.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, grosses Zimmer. Sauber.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer dürfte etwas grösser sein. Im Vergleich zum Zimmer extrem klein.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine grosse Auswahl, leider war die Qualität der Produkte mehrheitlich schlecht. Dir Akustik im Essbereich war sehr schlecht.

Pros:

Местоположението е страхотно, морската панорама- ако я има, е невероятна. Закуската беше добра. Леглото беше доста удобно и широко, всичко беше чисто.

Cons:

Въпреки изричното ми настояване и в резервацията и в съобщение, резервираните от мен две двойни стаи да са една до друга, от рецепцията отказаха. Ние сме семейство и трябваше едните да са на втория етаж , над входа , където е доста шумно, а другите на седмия. Там пък имаше проблем с хлебарки в банята , в която като седнеш на тоалетната чиния си удряш краката в мивката. Щяха да ни местят евентуално след.ден, но така и не се обадиха. Също бях попитала за ранно настаняване след 11ч, но и това отказаха.

The breakfast was very good

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work well and it smelled mouldy but the beds were so uncomfortable and hard with no top sheet.

Très bon séjour mais payé double donc escroquerie
Pros:

L'établissement dans sa globalité, la piscine, la mer, le buffet restaurant. La propreté de la chambre, la position géographique et l'ambiance des rues en juillet.

Cons:

L'établissement m'a refait payer la réservation au checkin soit 1517 € que j'avais déjà payé via Booking et cela fait presque 2 mois que j'essaie de me faire rembourser ! Escroquerie ?

Cons:

Bad aircondition, poor room service and cleanliness. Not comfortable bed. A lot of ants in the room.

Extremely disappointing stay with multiple serious failings
Cons:

Very disappointing stay with repeated failures in basic hotel standards.
• AC did not work from the moment I checked in. I immediately called reception, someone came to the room and said it would start working. It never did.
• My room was cleaned only once during my four-day stay. Towels and toiletries were not restocked despite me calling reception to ask about this and being told they would be.
• My room smelled strongly of damp and there were bugs in the room. I also woke during the night with a bug crawling on me.
• Most seriously, after housekeeping eventually came, my room door was left wide open. I immediately reported this and was told the security footage would be reviewed and I would hear back by 9am the next morning. I heard nothing and had to chase multiple times. They then had emailed the wrong address despite having been given the correct one at check-in. I was told it was apparently fine as my room door was only left open for 2 hours. They attempted to brush over this. They still haven’t reviewed cctv to confirm if anyone entered my room despite promising to do so.
• I was given late check-out until 3pm but was locked out of my room at around 2pm. When I went to reception to have my key extended, I was ignored for approximately for half an hour while staff dealt with other guests. The receptionist then prioritised checking in other guests rather than dealing with the issue I was waiting to resolve.
• The staff generally were very rude, dismissive and unhelpful.
• I am still waiting for a refund I was told I would receive.

These are not minor inconveniences. The room was not properly maintained, housekeeping was inadequate, there were hygiene concerns, my room was left completely unsecured, and the customer service when I raised these issues was extremely poor.

I would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Pros:

The location was good, very nice part of st.julians and not too loud either

Cons:

The rooms were very basic, our bathroom was very small and the lifts in the building were frustrating, only two working ones being used, one was broken throughout our stay and there was quite a wait to use the lifts. It was only on our last night of our stay that we located where the stairs were and used those instead as we were only on level 2.
