Très bien sauf le matelas et le petit déjeuner.
Pros:

L’ensemble est très satisfaisant. Bien situé, à proximité des pistes cyclables, belle bâtisse, beau mobilier.

Cons:

Le matelas. Un lit queen, mou et déformé. Inconfortable pour deux personnes. Dommage. Le déjeuner n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur. On est allé dans un restaurant du coin le deuxième matin. Le spa et la piscine n’étaient pas ouverts le lundi. Ouverts le jour suivant c’était très bien.

Pros:

La sortie de la terrasse du restaurant est dangeureuse pour 3 raisons. L’avant dernière marche est trop haute et la dernière marche trop petite… j’ai manquer la marche et en essayant de me tenir après la rampe, celle-ci était mal fixée. Malgré cela j’ai mis de l’eau dans mon vin. Mais l’expérience s’est détériorée davantage. Nous devions payer un extra pour l’accès aux bains (il n’était mentionné nul part dans notre réservation que ce n’était pas inclus dans notre séjour… mauvais marketing) . Les bains étaient facilement accessible pour n’importe qui même les enfants sans supervision. Alors j’estime qu’on a payé l’extra pour rien.
Je n’ai pas apprécié le personnel à aucunes de mes interactions avec eux. Ils avaient une sorte d’appréhension et n’était pas du tout jovial. Pourtant l’hôtel nous avait été fortement recommandée par des gens de la région. Pour couronner le tout, une femme de ménage m’a volé une veste qui était resté dans le garde robe de notre chambre … et lorsque j’ai insisté à ce qu’on me la rapporte…On m’a dit de faire une plainte avec la gouvernante et ils n’ont cherché d’aucune façon à m’aider. La gouvernante ne m’a jamais rappeler. Pour une personne qui voyage régulièrement , je comprends cette expérience comme e tant ma pire expérience en hôtellerie .

Disappointing, Expensive, and Not Worth the Price
Cons:

The first thing we noticed was the smell in the room—it smelled strongly of cleaning products, or possibly even dirty water, which immediately made the room feel uninviting.

The furniture was old and visibly run down. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets felt rough and unpleasant.

The hotel was also expensive, especially considering the condition and overall quality of the accommodation. You have to pay extra to access the “spa,” which is a generous term for what is essentially a very basic facility and, in our opinion, not worth the additional cost. The spa area is surrounded by apartment buildings with direct views into the space, which takes away from any sense of privacy or relaxation.

The hotel is also located on a busy road, so the overall atmosphere was far from peaceful.

Overall, this was not the relaxing experience we were expecting, particularly given the high price. Between the cost, the condition of the room, the uncomfortable bed, the lack of privacy at the spa, and the busy location, we would not return.

Pros:

Hotel près de la piste cyclable.
Chambre dont les meubles sont trop massifs .
Chambre classique avec canapé lit pliant et j'ai eu un lit pliant. Un peu de nettoyage miroir salle de bain et ce meuble dont la tv et frigo avec espace restreint au pied du lit queen.
Les piscines et spas agréables.

Cons:

Rangement de vélos dont il faut accrocher au plafond .

It’s not worth the price;

I like the concept, I like the pool but was cold, I like the location

The room was small, the sofa was worn and broken. The coffe machine didnt work, the staff at the reception were like they dint like theire job.

It’s not worth the price; you pay $300 or more for a night plus a $150 deposit, and they sell you on the idea of ​​an outdoor spa and sauna, but using them costs an extra $20 per person—and the indoor sauna you’re actually entitled to use doesn’t work.
