Pros:

Chambre d'une saleté repoussante malgré le nettoyage demandé. Le personnel à la réception et la direction manquent totalement de professionnalisme (le responsable refuse de parler aux clients). J'ai payé pour 7 nuits mais j'ai dû fuir après la première nuit à cause de l'insalubrité. Ne perdez ni votre argent ni votre temps ici !

Todo el personal es muy amable y servicial. No podemos decir nada malo de ellos, recepción, botones, personal del bufete, del bar, las chicas de limpieza. Todos encantadores.

Cons:

Le falta un poquito de amor a las habitaciones. Un poquito de pintura, cojines y cortinas (habitación y baño) limpieza. De resto todo bien.

Misleading, not good value for money
Pros:

Room cleaning staff were really nice. Location was good. Outside area looks good and maintained but that is all.

Cons:

Room was so old and need a renovation. Walls were full of mold in the toilet,they were damaged. On the room description said mini bar so was expecting small fridge. Wasn't in the room. When asked on reception had to wait 3 days for it with constantly asking for it.
Breakfast was so poor. Same 3 cheapest salami every morning, croissants had to ask to put out.
Definitely not what I was expecting.
Even when I cut myself reception didnt have first aid not even plaster.
Just hotel in bad shape. Need urgent renovation.

K emplacement et les personnels qui s occupe du bagage ba hassane et driss.

Cons:

La réceptionniste qui s apelle Hajar et très désagréable il parle très sec et n est pas setviable.
Les murs des chambres sont sales et les sales .pas d isolation on entend du bruit de music jus qu au 1h du mat ......
