Disastrous
Pros:

Pool is nice. It’s close to the beach. The lobby is very beautiful.

Cons:

Where to start:
- fridge not working
- door to the balcony broken/doesn’t close (safety?)
- Nightclub with A LOT OF LOUD noise until 2am, they couldn’t do anything about it.
- Cleaningladies making a lot of noise at 8 in the morning. Waking us up every morning.
- Staff? Not welcoming nor hospitable.
- We booked a double bed, but we got to single ones.
- Apperently if you come to them, to talk about the noise or the bed. They say “You can’t change rooms. We are fully booked.” But more than 8 rooms left available on booking.com.
- The whole room can have a upgrade. Looks like you sleep on a boot or in a prison
- Food in the morning isn’t good. We went to other places to eat. And evening? No, thanks, not so much (good) choice. Mcdo is better.

Chambre accordé avec ménage fait à moitié et sans serviettes
Pas de lit bébé fourni alors que nous avons deux bébés ! Inadmissible !!!!
Pas de serviettes et quand on demande on nous fournit des serviettes sales avec des faux cils de précédents occupants
Le déjeuner est tellement mal fait et industriel !

always a nice stay at this hotel the staff and reception staff are always very helpful
Pros:

this is the second time staying at this hotel all is good for me not a massive hotel but big enough with a great pool and bar service at the pool also a play ground for kids and outside dining with a good mix of people from all around the world a minute or so from shops and the bus station also the beach is a 5 minute walk and the train like the ones at the seaside that drive on the roads is at the bottom of the hotel on the next road .just after that road is the beach front you are so central to everything it makes this hotel a great place to stay i would recomend this hotel to anyone wanting to know a good hotel in Agadir
they also have a sale's rep who sells tours and things like quad bike tours and trips to other towns and citys on site from around 9am

Cons:

nothing really a slight problem at check out for a bill for a drink and burger that i had already paid but i explained this to the receptionist and she said it was fine , i had paid the bill a day before but only had 100 note and no chage the bill i think was for 105 so i paid the 100 and said i would be back with the 5 in a bit when i called back i gave the not 5 as i didnt have 5 so i gave a 10 and said keep the change to another person on reception and told them this is the 5 i owe from the bill i paid to make the bill up for the bar

Belle établissement extérieur comme intérieur et bien placé
Literie top , ménage fait tous les jours
C est pas le grand grand buffet mais tout y est avec plusieurs choix

Si j avais quelque chose à reprocher se serai juste de mettre au buffet des plats marocains couscous ect …

Petite déception concernant le petit-déjeuner. J’avais réservé une nuit avec le petit-déjeuner inclus, mais mon vol étant prévu très tôt le lendemain matin (à 6h), la personne à l’accueil m’avait gentiment proposé de préparer un petit-déjeuner à emporter.

Malheureusement, le lendemain matin, en me présentant à l’accueil comme convenu, rien n’avait été préparé et je suis repartie sans petit-déjeuner. Dommage, car le geste avait été très apprécié au départ.
