Bathroom dirty, towels not provided on time have to wait. Had to keep reception for items. Telephone had no indication what number to call for what service. Not enough plugs in room had to keep disconnecting fridge to use kettle. Bath dirty

Lo más interesante era la amabilidad del personal empezando desde la entrada con Imad de seguridad y Idriss de botones y las chicas de recepción Ilham, layla, soukaina y Aya con una sonrisa y tratamiento super cuidadoso y lleno de respeto.
