Pros:

De prima ligging dicht bij de snelweg. Vriendelijk personeel en schone kamer.

L'équipe est au top , l'hôtel est très bien situé si on est en voiture avec parking gratuit , c'est calme et pour le prix franchement les chambres sont nettement mieux que dans d'autres hôtels autour de 70-90€

PRESTATIONS A REVOIR
Pros:

l'accueil a été correct en revanche la première nuit nous avons été dérangé de 22 h à minuit par un groupe de jeunes filles ( des sportives accompagnées par leurs coachs) avec leurs accompagnants qui ont chahutés dans les couloirs et claqués les portes de leurs chambres. C'est extrêmement désagréable lors d'un week-end prolongé. J'ai signalé le lendemain à l'accueil, la deuxième nuit a été plus calme. Surprise également nous avons réservé deux nuits mais notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyé et les serviettes n'ont pas été changées ? Le petit déjeuner est correct salé et sucré. Dommage, je ne pense pas y retourner.

Cons:

Le bruit par d'autres clients peu respectueux, le fait aussi que la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé étant resté deux jours et les serviettes de bain non renouvelées.

Pros:

Satisfait dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est agréable, propose des solutions.
Merci de votre accueil.

Cons:

Juste un petit oubli de papier toilette, ça peut arriver et heureusement que j'en avais dans mon sac.
Problème d'eau chaude, d'eau froide. Il faut appeler le plombier pour réparation.
Il serait préférable de mettre un grand matelas au lieu de 2 petits.

We spent three weeks touring France and Spain spending a couple of nights at each place this was the most friendly hotel we stayed at in the whole holiday the people are amazing really helpful and Nickelodeon is a great premoter for Caen giving us tips and information on the town the rooms are comfortable and modern with nice bathroom the bar small but nice the restaurant very good and the menu different but in a good way with something for everyone the beef bourguignon is the best we have ever tasted and the Tarte de pomme( apple tart) the same and good parking and location good for the town of Caen

A good hotel with great staff, but which needs a little TLC
Pros:

The staff were all excellent, friendly, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. The owners of the hotel should be extremely proud of their staff, they turn a fairly normal hotel into somewhere memorable.

The breakfast, though basic, was excellent.

The bed was huge and comfortable.

The location was walking distance to the Caen memorial museum (which gives a good overall view of the war, but isn’t particularly Caen centric) and well connected to the road network for exploration of the area.

Cons:

There are loads of place where the hotel needs a little TLC, in our room the grout on the bathroom floor was missing in places and the laminate on the floor of the bedroom was well past its best. In the communal areas there were many places where flooring needed replacing or decoration touched up. It’s a shame because it made what was otherwise a very good hotel feel tatty.
