Clean, but dated, limited facilities
Pros:

Needed a stopover for an early Ferry back to the UK, this fitted the bill fine.

Cons:

It was all a bit dated. No real issues as such.
It was noisy and seemed to be used to house families as a lot of kids running about upstairs.
To be fair they went quiet 10:30 ish.

Pros:

in generale la struttura offre sia un parcheggio all'interno e una ottima colazione il personale molto gentile e disponibile e la pulizia della stanza buona anche se deve essere richiesta

le dimensioni delle stanza sono molto limitate come pure il bagno
la distanza dal centro di Caen e zona non ben servita da mezzi pubblici

12 Euro zusätzlich für den Hund war zu viel. Das Zimmer war auch Recht klein.

Pros:

Personeel was vriendelijk. Standaard hotelontbijt. Kamer was oké, wel geen airco.

Cons:

Geen mogelijkheid voor een drankje na 22 u. Eventueel een automaat met drank en snackjes voorzien.
Parking was wat krap, soms zoeken voor een plaatsje. Waren te weinig handdoeken in de badkamer.
