Un personnel parfait mais...
Pros:

Un personnel parfait, notamment le monsieur présent l'après-midi. Un très bon sens de l'accueil, du service et souriant. Parfait !
Un pdj de qualité, notamment avec des fruits frais.

Cons:

J'ai réservé 2 chambres pour 2 nuits, mais j'ai dû en annuler une la veille. Le dirigeant a refusé un geste parce que "avec Booking, c'est compliqué d'annuler" et "les exceptions, c'est toutes les semaines, donc pas possible", aussi froid qu'une porte de prison.
Or, c'était tout à fait possible.
Vous avez préféré gagner 135€ une fois que d'avoir un client fidèle qui serait revenu régulièrement vu mes déplacements pros sur Caen.
Vous allez argumenter, avec votre droit de réponse, mais pour moi vous n'avez pas été à la hauteur des valeurs de votre corporation.

Pros:

De ligging 14 minuten lopen van het museum.

Cons:

Bij aankomst ziet het er een beetje oud uit. Maar door de goede sfeer en uitstekende service werd dit meer dan goedgemaakt. Ook het avondeten en ontbijt zijn goed verzorgd.

Great stopover from Caen. Lovely clean friendly hotel.
Pros:

Very convenient for Caen ferry, very dog friendly, nice breakfast, comfy bed, powerful hot shower, lovely friendly staff

Cons:

The room was very hot and you are given a duvet - perhaps just a sheet would suffice in the summer. If you opened the window, you could only hear ac units, so that didn’t work. I didn’t think it polite to remove the duvet from the cover! But probably I should have done! 😀

Great for an overnight near the ferry
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, bar and restaurant on site. The room was as expected. Importantly the bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Cons:

Don't be put off by the wacky decoration in the corridors. There was no drink making facility in the room.

Good well located accomodation handy for the ferry

Everything was good, I used this hotel as it was a handy stop off for the ferry which was nearby. Nice restaurant just along the road.

Outside grounds could do with some tidying up but that all.
