Die Lage
Zimmer, Bett, Bad, alles sehr alt.
Klimaanlage laut und hat gerünnt, siehe Fotos. Musste das Zimmer wechseln, das nach der 2. Nacht. Die 2. Nacht konnte ich gar nicht schlafen.
Also bei soeinem Hotel das doch sehr teuer ist, erwarte ich viel mehr. Nicht mal ein Getränkegutschein als sorry nichts.

Ik kon geen factuur krijgen van de overnachting.
Eerst werd verteld dat dat alleen bij het uitchecken kan.
Toen ik ging uitchecken werd verteld dat ik een mailtje moest sturen naar een mailadres dat ik toen kreeg. Dat heb ik gedaan, maar het berricht kon niet afgeleverd worden op het opgegeven mailadres.
Erg jammer, want ik moet de kamer declareren en dat is lastig zonder rekening

Apesar do esforço dos funcionários, estes são nitidamente poucos para tanta gente no hotel. Costumo estar todos os anos aqui mas este ano havia algo diferente. O ambiente já não é o mesmo, há um público “novo” que ainda não tinha visto no Neptuno especialmente devido ao barulho que os britânicos fazem na piscina e no bar

We recently stayed at MUR Hotel Neptuno and, overall, had a very enjoyable stay. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in early on arrival. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, making for a great start to our holiday. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. To make our arrival even more special, we found beautiful swan-shaped towels and chocolates waiting on the bed. The housekeeping team were excellent throughout the rest of our stay and kept the room spotless. The pool area was one of the highlights of the hotel. Nearly every room overlooks the pool, creating a lovely atmosphere. There's also a rear entrance beside the pool that leads directly to the Yumbo Centre, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The food was generally very good. Breakfast had a fantastic selection, including cereals, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit and hot options, with fresh omelettes cooked to order. Lunch from the snack bar was excellent, with a salad buffet, a large à la carte menu and a dessert buffet. The prices were also very reasonable for guests who weren't all-inclusive. Dinner was probably the weakest meal of the day. While the main courses changed regularly and there were some delicious Canarian dishes such as local potatoes, rice and fish, the starters became quite repetitive. There were always simple options like pasta and chips for fussy eaters, but overall we've experienced better evening buffets elsewhere. One small downside was the drinks service. Soft drinks were served in quite small 200ml glasses, and it could sometimes be difficult to get a member of staff's attention for a refill. The staff spoke several languages, which was impressive given the mix of guests. During our stay there were mainly German, French and English visitors, with only three or four Irish guests. Staff often assumed we were English, and on a few occasions interactions felt a little abrupt because of that. Overall, this is a clean, well-maintained hotel in an excellent location with a fantastic pool, hardworking housekeeping staff and very good breakfast and lunch options. Despite a few minor negatives, we'd happily recommend it and would consider staying again.
Wyjątkowa obsługa w pełni dbająca o gości, zawsze uśmiechnięta i życzliwa. Spokojne miejsce. Smaczne jedzenie. Dziękujemy za pobyt :)

Ok hotel, but nothing special. Staff were all very helpful.
Room not cleaned a couple of times. Small site, few resources, limited food choices at meal times.
