Pros:

Location was reasonably central and close to village market

Cons:

1. For 250 USD, the room was quite basic and the bathroom was small with the washbasin being in the room. The restaurant was basic and very expensive. The breakfast was limited.

Fantastisk flott utsmykket hotell , unikt.
Personalet var så utrolig fine. Vi ble virkelig godt ivaretatt. Maten var den beste vi hadde spist på vår treukers tur. Min sønn fikk kjøpt både skjorte og dressjakke takket være Brett, som også ga meg en rundtur på hotellet. Varm takk til dere alle.

Cons:

Badet var en glassvegg, så det var lytt med 2 personer på rommet. Svømmebassenget fristet ikke da det lå inntil restauranten tett på spisegjester.

Pleasent stay
Pros:

Staff at the reception and the restaurant is very friendly. The Room is spacious, clean and evry well designed. Overall the the interior and amenities are aligned with what you may expect from a 5 star hotel.

Cons:

At two occasions staff tried to enter the room without knocking the door, one time at around 6pm and another time at 6:30 in the morning. Something I have never experienced at any hotel.

Fantastic staff and hotel experience
Pros:

The staff consistently make our stay enjoyable, always going above and beyond to make us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests. We’d especially like to recognize Mo at the bar, Doreen, Leah, Janice, and Imelda at the front desk and lounge, as well as Peter and Tony. Excellent experience 👌
Pros:

The Tribe was amazing. Cozy and warm with the best staff at your beck and call. I stayed for two weeks and they made my stay extremely comfortable. The customer experience was excellent, from the receptionists to housekeeping, they ensured u had a seamless experience and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

A real find! (And overstated in hundreds of hotels)
Pros:

Fantastic stay! Unique hotel, awesome staff, extraordinary food and bar, great location. We had three rooms there for me, my wife and our two adult daughters. The Tribe was the perfect place to be in Nairobi.

Also, Charles & Cornelius! I made sure to remember their names cause their kindness & helpfulness touched my heart! BIG HUG! The Best ever
Pros:

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was perfect throughout my stay. I had a truly pleasant experience and I will definitely visit again in the near future without any hesitation.
