WHEELCHAIR USERS: Hotel offers only 1 room suitable for wheelchair users, of Deluxe category. Other rooms have not enough wide doors to be suitable. Room for wheelchair user has to be requested in advance. In case hotel does not receive such request in advance and confirms the special room availability, hotel reserves the right to deny the accommodations in any other room despite valid reservation.

PARKING: Hotel parking 2 parking lots only (accesible by car elevator) and it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Advance reservation confirmed by the hotel is necessary. Car (garage) for 29 EUR per night. For security reasons, LPG, CNG, electric and hybrid vehicles are not allowed to park in the garage. Motorbike (garage) for 20 EUR per night. Bicycle (garage) for 10 EUR per night. Charging of electrobikes is not allowed for fire security reasons.

If this card is not provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodations without any refund.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. A tetőterasz kilátása nagyon tetszett. A reggeli bőséges volt. A reggeliztető hölgyek kedvesek voltak.

Cons:

A recepció személyzete fura volt, kizártak este a szállodából. Nem voltak a recepcióspultnál, pedig 0-24 órás ügyeletet írtak ki. 5 percet vártunk, mire csengetésre megjelentek. Türelmetlenül válaszoltak. Nem éreztük a szíves fogadtatást. Sokszor félreértettük egymást.

Alles bestens.
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, man ist schnell an der Straßenbahn oder auch in 10 Minuten in die Stadt gelaufen. personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren nicht sehr komfortabel.

Brilliant stay , amazing location & staff - definitely would book again !!

Amazing location , Fabolous staff - super friendly & always helpful !
Really nice Breakfast with enough choices & again super friendly staff
Plus you have a real nice view from the roof terrace
Plus we had a balcony - loved it !

Cons:

Only thing to mention , was the lack of TV stations - no smart TV . Not that we missed this as here is so much to do around the fantastic location of this hotel - but just to mention as a little bit that could be better !
But that’s the only thing ! Everything else Fab !!
