Great accommodation and staff were fabulous.
Pros:

The size of the room was great. The room was very clean and the King Size bed was very comfortable. The team members were great to deal with and very helpful.

Cons:

Maybe a couple of cookies with the tea bags, etc.

Cons:

The place is old , it is in desperate need of refurbishing and the rooms facing the main Narellen road should have double glazing on the windows. I found the staff to be rude and not engaged in their job - one staff member came to serve me while eating , another was at the front desk and playing on their phone while I was waiting at the desk to be served. I asked to change rooms because the one I had been allocated was right on the freeway - it was extremely noisy. I had booked a king room with 2 double beds at 40m2 - I was offered a 25m2 room with 2 single beds. No offer of refund for the difference in the price of room. I had to argue my case before being given an upgrade to a very old spa room on the 2nd floor.

Rydges Campbelltown is a great place to stay and good value for money
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. I asked for an upgrade and was given one. No problem. Bed very comfortable . Lovely balcony with a view back towards Parramatta

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom could be improved. The bathroom itself was quite good. Ladies, take a little make up mirror with you if you are staying here.
