Hotel Excelsior Le Terrazze

Traumhafte Lage, hervorragendes Frühstück mit einem superfreundlichen Service! Insgesamt ein sehr ruhiges Hotel und sehr unkompliziert.
Wir hatten im letzten Jahr das berüchtigte Hotel in Garda, wo man jeden Morgen das Frühstück für den nächsten Tag ankreuzen sollte. Das war eher lästig.
Im Excelsior le Terrazze kann man jeden Morgen aus einer Vielzahl von Leckereien auswählen. Das war für uns ein perfektes Frühstück.

It is very good hotel! Very nice and friendly staff. We had a partial view room which has a good view and quiet. Breakfast is good as well as location. The hotel is a bit uphill that could be a little problem for the old people. Parking is quite small.
Overall a good place to stay.

Clean, modern all facilities required

We visited this Hotel for the first time last year....we loved it so much, that when we were looking for somewhere to celebrate a special birthday, we did not hesitate to book. I emailed the Hotel in advance to request a high floor room. As soon as we arrived, we were allocated a perfect room on the 3rd floor which we loved. The service at this Hotel is outstanding....breakfast taken outside on the terrace ( weather permitting) is a highlight...fresh omelettes, fruit, cereals, ham, cheeses, smoked salmon...and tea and coffee served at your table in the sunshine. Dinner is also an experience, wonderful salads, and then a la Carte choices for starters and mains, served to you. We didn't have room for pudding but they looked amazing. We would like to mention Vito and Ahmed, but all staff are amazing, my partner used to call one ' cheeky boy' unfortunately we didn't get his name, but he was so friendly, also the girls on the terrace bar with their beautiful smiles!! Our only negative observation is that some guests think it's acceptable to reserve sunbeds from 9am, and not return until after lunch and 4.30pm on more than one occasion. We watched people looking for beds and were very tempted to intervene! This is not the fault of the Hotel, there are signs! It's just sad that people are so selfish these days, ( they weren't all German ) Overall a wonderful Hotel, we can't wait to return....Thankyou to everyone....

This hotel is stunning and I cannot fault it in any way. The breakfasts are amazing, so much choice from cooked to continental. The views from the terrace are just stunning. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. There is always someone cleaning ! The best thing about the hotel is the staff. All staff go above and beyond to make you feel so welcome and they cannot do enough for you. They are all a credit to the hotel. Thank you to Vito for greeting us all so warmly each morning for breakfast and to Brenda for serving us our afternoon drinks on the terrace. We were so sad to leave but will definitely return ! Thank you for everything ❤️

Breakfast was fabulous, so much choice and you are welcomed each morning by the staff. Location was brilliant and views from the terrace are stunning. All staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can.

Das hotel liegt in einer super Lage. Die Angestellten sind alles Respektvoll sauber und immer höflich.
War ein sehr guter Urlaub. Nur zu empfehlen.

Das Abendessen war sehr gut jedem Abend gab es ein zwei gänge Menü.

Hotel Excelsior le Terrazze is a 4 star hotel...but really a 5 star. Everything has been superb: the room, the restaurant staff, housekeeping and reception...and the location. Everything is superbly managed. The breakfasts and dinners are excellent: superb choices each evening. We always chose our holiday Hotel very carefully; this is among our very best choices. The excellent complimentary afternoon refreshments gave another opportunity to chat with other guests.
