Very little to be negative about but on a personal level the steps to the entrance took a bit of effort in the July heat

Fabulous location - short walk to restaurants but not too close to be too noisy. Helpful friendly staff. Lovely pool, sun beds popular when we were there in September but always found some for our group of four. Breakfast was great.
We found our restaurant dinner disappointing. Portions were small and not very hot, staff seemed keen to clear salad and dessert bar before we finished, even though the restaurant was due to stay open for at least another 30 minutes.
The staff were friendly, efficient, and lovely.
The place was so clean with brilliant views of the lake.
The pool was lovely, and the location was great.
Great breakfast and a lovely afternoon tea included in the price.
If you want to eat at the restaurant you need to book the day before.
The evening restaurant was not so good. We arrived at 8pm and by 8:30 all the salads had been cleared away. So we did not get a complete meal.

Location excellent and short walk from shops and restaurants. Lovely view of Garda and the lake. Service staff wonderful.
Staff never appeared to be at reception itself (they were sitting behind a second desk / wall - so not very welcoming when walking through the lobby). Breakfast chef could have been a little more friendly. Room was a little small, but good views.
