Location excellent and short walk from shops and restaurants. Lovely view of Garda and the lake. Service staff wonderful.
Staff never appeared to be at reception itself (they were sitting behind a second desk / wall - so not very welcoming when walking through the lobby). Breakfast chef could have been a little more friendly. Room was a little small, but good views.
Absolutely fabulous location just a few minutes from a host of restaurants and shops, but far enough away so it's quiet! About 3 mins from the Lido Beach Club Bar and a rare stretch of beach beside the lake. 3 mins from the bus stop that takes you to towns north and south of Garda. Also 5 minute walk from the ferry across the lake. Staff fabulous, pool the perfect temp, wonderful! Also loved the provision of pool /beach towels in reception.
We booked a standard room and it was quite tiny for two (no view) but bathroom was really spacious. We were barely in the room, so size not an issue. Did need an iron and had to use the laundry service to get clothes ironed (no iron in the room) but was all delivered to our room in a couple of hours.
After reading all the wonderful reviews of this hotel we thought it was too good to be true, but wow,the hotel certainly has everything you want from a wonderful relaxing holiday to fantastic quality food.
The hotel is in a great location, it’s only a 5/10 min walk to the ferry port and the centre. There are lots of shops, restaurant's and bars.
Everywhere is within easy reach and it’s very flat if you like walking, although the hotel entrance is on a slight hill but there are steps if you prefer.
The food is amazing and its nice to know that the food is prepared when you order it and it hasn’t been sitting there like a buffet, which is great because your food is always hot.
The hotel does not offer All Inclusive but it does serve afternoon tea at 4pm everyday which is a lovely touch.
The wine selection at dinner is very good.
The staff are lovely and very friendly, they are always smiling and happy to help you.
The pool is lovely with plenty of sunbeds we never had a problem getting one.
The evening entertainment was ok .
We had partial view room which was lovely especially of an evening when you wanted to relax on the balcony with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return again.
Be Very careful , If u end up above entrance your view will b awful concrete wall and staff car park…check, check staff brilliant , food average, don’t expect English breakfast, but continental good.

chef “ Philip” the evening dinner
has deteriorated markedly from previous standards.Beware rebooking regular clients!
