We had a wonderful staff at the hotel and would certainly return.
Pros:

Fabulous location and views and close enough to plenty of restaurants, shops and transport options for sightseeing. Staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war eines der schlechtesten das wir je bekommen haben. Klein ,dunkel und eine sehr schlechte Aussicht. Außerdem hatte man nicht die Möglichkeit sich zusammen hinzusetzen, da leider nur ein Stuhl im Zimmer war. . Wir haben auf eine Wand in 3m Entfernung geschaut. Vollkommen inakzeptabel. Selbst auf Nachfrage war es nicht möglich ein anderes Zimmer zu buchen.

Uns hat dieses Hotel ausgesprochen gut gefallen aufgrund der angenehmen Größe, der zentralen Lage - fußläufig nicht weit von der Promenade und dem Hafen - und der klassisch schönen Ausstattung. Hier fehlte wirklich nichts! Das gesamte Team ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam und hat uns unseren Aufenthalt fein gemacht! Auch von der sehr guten Verpflegung (Frühstück/Halbpension/Menüwahl/frische Früchte, Salate, Omelettes, Dolci - alles perfekt) sowie der Sauberkeit der Zimmer und des Pools sowie Ausstattung des Restaurants waren wir begeistert. Der Blick auf den See von den Terrassen und Pool ist einfach wunderbar. Außerdem würden wir hier immer wieder ein Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Seeblick buchen. Erst während unserem Aufenthalt ist uns aufgefallen, dass in diesem Hotel „Adult only“ gilt und dies haben wir als sehr angenehm und erholsam empfunden.

Pros:

Great location a short walk into Garda, exceptional customer service and a lovely room.

Cons:

No air conditioning until 1st June which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. There were quite a few ants around the pool area.
