Avoid at all costs. My family stayed here the night before a family funeral, and the experience added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time.
In one of our rooms, the shower spout came off while my daughter was in the shower. There was no immediate accommodation offered or meaningful attempt to rectify the situation. In the other room, the bedding was torn and tattered. We didn’t even bother reporting it that night because it was late, and we had an early start the next morning.
Before departing, we explained everything in detail and were promised a follow-up call. Instead, we eventually received an email from the assistant manager that showed no accountability or acknowledgment of what had happened, simply stating: “I understand that you requested to speak with a manager. Please let me know how I can assist you, and I will be happy to help.”
I requested to speak directly with the General Manager, who was copied on the email, but seven days later there has still been no response. Their proposed resolution was 10,000 points. They can keep the points — what I wanted was accountability, professionalism, and a partial refund.

Hot water for tea at breakfast wasn't hot enough and the container had been used at one point for coffee and you could taste the coffee residue. They should not use those containers interchangeably. One should be scrubbed out and used exclusively for hot water

I think the breakfast was great I also like that it had a good kitchen
The AC was too loud - it made so much noise that it shook the room. The room was too small and it smelled like urine. I called the front desk and informed when we checked in but he said the only way to resolve the AC being too loud is not to use it.
Nice stop on our way to NC. The man who checked us in was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good for a breakfast buffet in a hotel. The spinach egg soufflé was delicious! Would stay again.

Nothing really
The room was so noisy from the highway that we couldn't sleep. We found the staff to be pretty unaccommodating. Generally unhelpful reception staff who had more interest in being on their phone. Would not use this hotel again.
This hotel advertised at a higher rate a promotion to receive a credit from Instacart. After meeting all the criteria the hotel refuses to issue the rewards. They keep telling me to call BonVoy, which I have and BonVoy tells me that the hotel manager just has to approve it and it'll be issued. As a Senior Citizen any help for food is always a bargain. My attorney says it's elder abuse to charge for something then with hold it. Also it's theft.
Don't stay here! If they will steal from the elderly then everyone is a target.
Nice hotel for a toad trip stop. It’s located at a walking distance from a mall with movies, shops and restaurants. Clean rooms.
This is the fourth year we stayed here on the way north on I 95. The location is very good with gas stations, stores and restaurants nearby. It is located on the edge of a mall parking lot, so the mall and associated restaurants are walkable. The hotel did a refresh this past year and carpets looked new . The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good . Would stay here again.
Great room and service by staff
Comfortable bed! Super friendly staff! Continental breakfast on point. I had an awesome 3night stay due to the inclement weather!! Kitchenette included in my king size suite! Close proximity to I95. Staff maintenance keep sidewalks nice and clear!
No complaints
GREAT location. We are dog parents and making sure we can find places that are good locations with ample grass is important. LOTS of grassy areas. Nothing special about the hotel, but really good locations, right off 95, in a mall area with LOTS of restaurants to choose from. The young lady that checked us is was very helpful and attentive. A HUGE winter storm was due to hit the day after we left, and I think a lot of people were calling to check in, and she was professional and courteous. The room was comfortable, the shower strong and hot.
