I had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant in Novotel Nha Trang. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was truly exceptional.
I would especially like to thank Thuy Huong Trang for taking such great care of me throughout my visit. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Her warm hospitality made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She always served with a smile and made sure everything was perfect during my meal.
Because of her excellent service, my experience at the restaurant became even more memorable. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back again in the future.
Today, I had the opportunity to enjoy a buffet at Square Restaurant, and I was truly satisfied with the experience. The atmosphere was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The food selection was quite diverse, featuring many signature dishes from different countries, which really impressed me.The staff were always cheerful, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Captain Thuy Huong for kindly showing us how to choose the seafood and for having it served to our table after it was freshly cooked. Trang welcomed us very warmly, and Hien prepared delicious and fresh dishes for us.

I visited Nha Trang and had an absolutely wonderful dinner experience at the Novotel hotel. I was particularly impressed with the excellent customer service. Restaurant Manager Ms. Thanh greeted us with a warm smile, she and her team were incredibly attentive and enthusiastic. Ms. Thuy Huong brought me some fresh seafood. Chef Vu and Thinh made me some delicious pizzas. It was incredibly impressive and professional.
The breakfast was amazing and the staff Trang, Huong , Hoa, Truc Linh is very friendly and responds quickly to customer requests.

I don’t usually say this lightly, but this stay genuinely felt like a life moment. From the second we stepped into Novotel Nha Trang, everything just felt… right. It wasn’t just good hospitality — it was an experience that stays with you.
The Room – Straight Out of a Dream
We stayed in a beach-facing room, and honestly, waking up to that view every morning didn’t feel real. The ocean stretching endlessly, the sound of waves, and the sunlight pouring in — it was cinematic. The room itself was spacious, super clean, and thoughtfully designed with a modern yet cozy vibe. Every corner looked Instagram-worthy — and trust me, the pictures don’t lie… if anything, they still don’t fully capture how beautiful it feels in person.
In-Room Pool – Next Level Luxury
One of the highlights was the in-room pool. Absolute game changer. Just chilling there, overlooking the sea, with complete privacy — that’s the kind of luxury you don’t forget. It elevated the whole stay from great to unforgettable.
Food – Consistently Impressive
The food was another big win. Whether it was breakfast or other meals, everything was fresh, flavorful, and had great variety. The breakfast spread especially was top-tier — from local Vietnamese dishes to international options, everything was well-prepared and presented.
The Beach & Location – Perfect Combo
The hotel’s location is spot-on. Just steps away from the beach, making it super convenient to go for a walk, relax, or just enjoy the vibe. The combination of a beach-facing room and easy access to the shore made the experience even more special.
Staff – The Real Stars
What truly made this stay stand out was the staff. Always smiling, always ready to help, and genuinely warm. It didn’t feel forced — you could tell they care about making your stay memorable. Small gestures, quick service, and their positive energy made a big difference.
Final Thoughts
This wasn’t just a hotel stay — it was an experience that felt premium, peaceful, and personal at the same time. Everything from the room, the view, the food, and the staff came together perfectly.

We love all staff at The restaurant. Mrs Thanh the Restaurant Manager who is always known what we like every morning. Mrs Tu FBM is always smiling. Mrs thuy Huong brings us nice coffee. Nhat and Trang is so nice. ❤️❤️❤️we will comeback
We visited The Square as a family of five, including our eight-year-old daughter, and had a really great experience.
The atmosphere was relaxed with nice music, which made it easy to enjoy the evening. There was a huge amount of choice on offer – sushi, cakes, and a fresh cooking station where you could have steak, shrimp and other meats prepared exactly how you like them. Everything we tried was really tasty.
What stood out just as much as the food was the service. Huong (captain), Trúc Linh (hostess), and Thịnh (chef) were all excellent – friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout.
We were actually quite surprised to find it tucked away inside the Novotel, but it’s a bit of a hidden gem. We really enjoyed our visit and would happily recommend it to anyone.

The room has good soundproofing, and the bed is comfortable.
There were two things I disliked most about Novotel:
1. Terrible food: After checking in and while waiting until 2:00 PM for my room, I ate at the restaurant on the first floor. It was the worst pizza and sandwich I’ve ever had. The pizza crust was made from frozen dough and was rock hard; the sandwich was also tough, and the ingredients lacked flavor. I forgot to take a photo, but honestly, fast-food chains like Pizza Hut taste better. Considering how common high-quality Italian pizza, wood-fired pizza, or 4P’s pizza is in Vietnam now, it’s shocking that a chef at a 4-star hotel would serve such poor quality. This was the first thing that ruined my mood.
2. Lack of communication regarding beach services: Upon check-in, the receptionists failed to mention that the sunloungers on the beach in front of the hotel are only free from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
When I went down to the beach at 4:05 PM, I saw umbrellas with the hotel logo and intended to sit down. A man approached me and rudely asked, 'How many chairs?' Thinking he was hotel staff, I said I needed two. He told me it would be 200k VND for two chairs; otherwise, I couldn't sit there.
Goodness, I felt like I was back in Vung Tau 20 years ago!!!!! I paid 3.5 million VND for a one-night stay mid-tour. It’s not that I can’t afford extra for services, but the experience was bizarre and talking to that man completely soured my mood.
If the hotel wants to provide loungers for guests, they should cover the cost for the entire day. If they can’t do that, they should just remove the chairs entirely.
Here stuff is really friendly, everything is good. I liked spending time there. There are two people, who I liked the most, they are Ms. Thanh Restaurant manager, mrs Thuy huong hostess and mrs Tu FBM
The room was spacious, but a bit old, though the location was fantastic. The balcony had a direct sea view, which was lovely. At night, you could see Vinpearl Island, and in the morning, you could watch the sunrise over the sea. However, the breakfast buffet was exactly the same on both days.
The hotel should pay attention to cleaning the gaps between the cabinets along the wall; I happened to glance at them and noticed a lot of dust.
