The location was great
The hot tub didn’t work properly and not at all the first day. Our toilet was messed up and when I spoke to the front desk they legit brought me a toilet brush cleaner to plung the toilet with myself the following morning I reached back out to see if someone could come fix the toilet still and then they brought me a real plunger again for me to use myself and fix the problem . The mgr was too busy chasing two young girls around and getting there numbers and talking to them about letting them stay at the hotel with a huge discount he even followed one of the girls to her room from the pool and kinda stood over her at her door to enter her room . We went to go swim one day two and a family had there dog swimming in the pool .
The location is 5 minutes away from the airport. There's a China Buffet nearby....and the food selection good
Super clean appealing hotel. The room was large, nicely decorated, pleasing. Large modern bathroom; Everything (coffee machine, television, air conditioning, etc, worked well. Person at front desk was friendly and efficient. Rate was low for a Friday night. Breakfast is offered but we didn’t try it. Excellent seafood restaurant across street. Hotel is of older design with outdoor facing room doors but everything is upgraded

The breakfast was good. The pool was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the common areas were kept very clean.
The bathroom lacked a fan. Nowhere but the shower curtain rod to hang wet swimsuits which arches out over the floor so wet swimsuits drip on floor (no hook on the door, only a brace for one that was missing). Nowhere to place items needed for in the shower. Room door to the hall didn't open and close properly so it was loud to open and had to be slammed to close.

I had to ask for towels they didn't have dirty laundry bags there was a pill on my counter In the bathroom. Same guy at the desk couldn't find anything
This is a very nice hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds in good size rooms. Good breakfast. Stayed for two nights but would have been happy to stay longer.
