Pros:

Hermosa piscina y servicios de contratación de tours. El personal muy amable y atentos a cualquier requerimiento.

Hotel lindo con muchos detalles, cómodo y bien ubicado en Angra
Se ven tortugas desde el muelle del mismo hotel, vistas y ambiente espectacular
Excelente en familia al menos en invierno muy tranquilo

Fairly inexpensive but could get better
Pros:

The room and bathroom would need updating. Windows don’t close and the safe was not working. The fixed the safe but not the windows

Хороший отель на берегу океана. Красивые виды из номеров. Хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Очень не стабильный wifi, постоянно теряется связь и приходится вводить логин и пароль заново. Отель видно, что уже старый, немного уставший, но в целом норм.

No tiene salida a la playa porq está sobre una bahía c un puertito que tiene un encanto pero no tiene playa
Los acolchados estaban algo sucios pero pedimos y lo cambiaron enseguida

Localização Incrível!
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, mesmo frente ao mar, a zona é linda e tem uma piscina incrível. Toda a área do jardim é muito bonita. Existe um centro comercial perto que é ótimo para fazer compras.

Cons:

Os empregados não são muito prestáveis, ficam à espera que se chame e nunca tomam a iniciativa para ver se precisamos de alguma coisa. Demora no serviço da cozinha quando se pede alguma coisa. O almoço e jantar são à carta e com pouca variedade de pratos e para quem quem fica alguns dias acaba sempre por comer a mesma coisa. O sofá cama é muito mau e quase impossível de se dormir lá.

Os funcionários são o ponto alto do hotel: todos (sem exceção) muitíssimos educados, prestativos e queridos mesmo!
É muito bom estar em um lugar com pessoasl que trabalham assim!
E a vista do hotel (das piscinas) é linda demais!

Cons:

Gostei do café, mas poderia haver mais opções pelo preço!
A cozinha do apartamento poderia ter alguns talheres e pratos!

Fomos muito bem atendidos, desde o momento em que chegamos. O hotel é tranquilo e tem instalações excelentes, principalmente as piscinas. De bônus ainda ganhamos um upgrade de quarto, o que tornou a estadia mais especial.
