Boa, os funcionários são o ponto alto, no entanto alguns serviços necessitam de atualização e evolução.
Pros:

Como se trata de uma acomodação do tipo flat, na parte da cozinha poderia ter utensílios domésticos como pratos e talheres.

Cons:

Falta de utensílios domésticos e canais com tv fechada. O wifi oferecido é aberto e vulnerável corremos riscos de clonagem.

Los servicios del hotel nos resultaron geniales, nos tocaron días de lluvia y nos salvo que el hotel tenga pileta climatizada, además del servicio de masajes. Eso un 10

Cons:

Las habitaciones no me gustaron tanto, muy básicas, muy pocos objetos de aseo en los baños, no vasos, solo te dan jabón.

De tudo! Limpeza, organização a educação dos funcionários todos muito respeitosos, acomodação ótima! Amei de mais com certeza quando voltar em angra já tenho meu hotel preferido!! Vocês arrasam

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. Mas gostaria de sugerir algo. No café da manhã tem poucas opções de frutas, mesmo a salada de frura repete o que está como sugestão, acho que dá pra variar o cardápio das frutas, colocar uva, pitada, kiwi, manga etc.
