Was very upset because the pool was down for maintenance and the front desk didn’t inform me and I wasn’t the only person who didn’t know. They didn’t offer a 10% discount or nothing smh.

Everything the room we got had no cold water and the next room was had a dirty shower with scum on the floor.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel was beautifully maintained and smelled nice. Our rooms were comfortable and well maintained.
The main entrance smelled really nice and the room AC worked well, although we couldn't read the thermostat or settings at all, so it took some time to get the temp comfortable.

We stayed here 5 years ago, and it was a much nicer experience....
The elevator felt and sounded unsafe, like it was going to break down at any moment and was extremely hot inside. (We were on the top floor, so it was rather unpleasant.)
There was a small hair on the toilet seat waiting for me upon arrival.
The phone in our room didn't work. I reported the issue to the desk clerk, I was told he would come check it out, but he never did. I can't totally blame him. It seemed he was the only staff available to my knowledge with all the check-ins and outs at high volume from what I kept seeing passing through.
The swimming pool was also out of order.
Also, there was a lot of trash accumulated near the ice machine on our floor by the elevator.
Sadly, if I need to come back to the area to stay in the future, I will be looking for other accommodations.

We liked the location.
The pool was green & absolutely disgusting. The staff was not nice, at all. VERY rude & stuck up. If you asked a question, they looked at you & walked off. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The hotel had a horrible sewage smell. The tv wasn’t working when we checked in at 3p, called front desk immediately & they said they’re sending someone up. No one ever come after we waited there for two hours. About 930p the phone in the room rang, it was front desk asking if the tv was working. WIFI didn’t work at all. Really just a terrible experience overall & will never book here again.

They didnt have any pool towels and the price was a little high and some of the staff seemed stressed

The front desk staff were nice. It was located next to lots of options to eat.
We had to wait in the lobby an additional hour after check in time to even check in because housekeeping hadn’t cleaned any of the double Queen suites yet. It set all of our plans behind and we had to cancel an activity because of it. We also had to go to the desk to get additional towels because we had 4 people (5 were actually on the reservation) and only had 2 bath towels in our suite.
