We had a pleasure stay.
Pros:

It was ok for our scope. We needed a hotel that has parking space and not far away from the airport and this hotel ticked these two boxes. The breakfast was ok, the coffee was, although from a machine,really good.

Yasmin and Nuala on the front desk were very helpful and attentive

Yasmin was absolutely amazing we had a previous booking.com with another place that cancelled last minute and Yasmin was so attentive and managed to facilitate our booking in amidst the large volumes of people for the kidney Taylor fight

Lovey hotel shame about some of our interactions with staff.

Unfortunately, our experience with the staff was very disappointing.

When we arrived at reception, the receptionist argued that we were not booked into the hotel, despite our presenting the booking confirmation. Rather than simply checking the booking details and resolving the issue, we were made to feel as though our reservation was somehow in question.

The following morning at breakfast, we were not shown to a table or given any explanation of how the breakfast service worked. What made this particularly noticeable was that we watched the same member of staff welcome the other guests, explain the breakfast arrangements to them and show them to their tables.

We couldn’t help but feel that we were being treated differently. My husband is heavily tattooed, and while we cannot say for certain that this was the reason, it did leave us questioning whether his appearance influenced the way we were treated.

We have no issue with staff having a bad day, but guests should be treated with the same courtesy, respect and professionalism regardless of their appearance. Unfortunately, we did not feel that was the case during our stay.

We would hope management will take this feedback seriously and look into what happened.
