Very nice place and atmosphere . Definetly will be back. Friendly staff. Peter always around. The only thing , beer matts needs a little upgrade.

I had a fantastic experience in the bar today, served by Peter. Very professional and welcoming. Will certainly return after this brilliant service.

We love staying here! It's always such a beautiful hotel, pleasant staff, clean and comfortable. Close to all the shopping and short taxi to local restaurants.

Well appointed, clean room with robes, slippers, magnified bathroom mirror (thank you!) and all of the amenities you would expect for a Crowne Plaza Hotel. Staff were helpful and responded immediately to any questions or concerns and went the extra bit to do whatever they could to make the stay wonderful. The breakfast deserves a special mention as it was truly incredible - overnight oats, smoothies, eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes etc., etc. Staff members were attentive and lovely-- It truly was amazing!

Made a call into front desk to Graham who at first didn’t announce the name of the hotel gave a flat hey followed by silence I was enquiring about the email and he wouldn’t give it to me without knowing why I needed it very rudely and firm unknowing if I was a paying customer or even someone already staying there , I advised him I was curious if Housekeeping had any vacancies which he was extremely rude about so I hung the phone up and emailed in, he advised me I needed to look on indeed and my email was getting deleted. I rang in again hoping to get someone else as I have worked in a 4 star hotel as front desk before and know that is not how receptionists work. I rang in again and a woman kindly explained to me why I wasn’t able to ask accommodations if they were looking and didn’t cut me off whatsoever no rudeness firmness or tone. I ask separately to get a complaints email or speak to someone as the first call and email with Graham had gone so terrible and rubbed me so uncomfortably wrong , to which I was put onto Graham and rudely very firmly asked what I was enquiring I advised him I needed to make a complaint he asked what I was enquiring again I confusingly answered a complaint to which he said again what are you enquiring before derailing into a rude conversation about the cvs I advised him it wasn’t about the cvs it was about his manners and approach I didn’t feel comfortable speaking to him about it to which he laughed at me and said okay that he’d take it down get someone to ring me back tomorrow what was I enquiring I asked for his name and hung up. Tried to ring back 3 times on different lines to which he answered all of them properly with his full name loudly unlike the first time I rang him which felt very intimidating , on the fourth call in he declined it entirely. I couldn’t imagine being a customer trying to call into front desk and getting such horrendous treatment and then to be intimidated and laughed at by Graham when trying to make a complaint about the behaviour. I don’t feel comfortable emailing in because he advised me he would delete my emails. I’ve worked in hotels for multiple years and know this is not how operations work and if it is how operations work in Crowne Plaza they need to train their staff on proper customer care and mannerism. I’m terrified to ring in again because I know Graham will just answer to intimidate me again

Myself and a few friends had a gathering tonight in the sanctuary bar. We met for early drinks and Peter was our server. He was incredibly attentive and made awesome suggestions for nibbles while we had our drinks. He went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome and his super personality was a delight. The bar was very busy but he executed his duties in a very professional manner and I'm sure all other guests left with a lasting impression of Peter..

I had an amazing time with my friends at Crowne Plaza.
Excellent service from Amanda! Friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. She made our stay extra special and is a real asset to the hotel. Highly recommended!

I wish to highlight the absolute top class professional & friendly attention that I and my group of 22 friends received at the Forchetta Restaurant in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Blanchardstown Dublin 15

The occasion was my beloved son Alan’s third anniversary and it was the third time I hosted in the Forchetta so that in itself speaks volumes ! Nobody returns three times to the same place without a reason

On this occasion I first booked the 6 June with Kim to secure the private function room. Kim was exceptionally helpful and guided me through the event planning

After the initial booking , I was assisted right up to the night of the event by Shauna Monahan .
Shauna is a friendly, professional Event Manager and showed great empathy for the circumstances around my booking . She asked about Alan and assured me that everything would run smoothly on the night and reassured me around the difficulty of confirming exact attendance numbers with some people not sure if they were free on the night . Shauna has heard and dealt with it all before !

The celebration was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left at the end of the night

Devang, Ebenezer and all the wonderful staff were exceptionally professional and friendly from the moment we arrived to a beautifully prepared dining area and a reserved table for Alan's photos and candles.

The food was top- class with a wide choice in all courses and drinks were served as I had planned

I told everyone to order the steak if they wished because people are reluctant due to the €7 supplement and choose a less expensive course out of politeness . . A lot of us got it and it was perfectly cooked to taste which is so seldom the case with varying personal cooking preferences.
It’s a good idea to tell your guests not to be shy and miss out on a succulent steak because of the supplement

Crowne Plaza is an excellent hotel with a superb chef and staff and everybody got exactly what they hoped for I
have been asked to pass on everyone's compliments to the chef.

The rest of the food was faultless too and the servers were friendly & helpful ,fast and efficient . They smiled throughout the night, were in attendance at all times and appeared more like part of our group than hotel staff. !

I had a friendly chat with Nuala on Reception as we were leaving and she too is indicative of the high calibre of staff at Crowne Plaza

Daniel at the bar was absolutely a true gentleman with a passion for customer service and a personality to match.

Great place to have a bite,relax wind down and have a drink.Service was great,Peter was brilliant with everything and a great personality.Thanks again
