One girl at reception could have helped the other at check in instead of ignoring us in the queue. She then proceeded to assist another person who just ploughed his way up to her passing us by .

Pros:

Great hotel and location. Staff were absolutely fantastic so friendly and helpful especially Conor in the bar he was very knowledgeable. The rooms were brilliant and spotlessly clean will definitely be staying again.

Great service !
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, so clean !! The service was fantastic, from Jiya at reception to Conor and Peter in the sanctuary bar, they put ourselves and our two kids (aged 3 and 6) immediately at ease. Great location, amazing food. Will definately be back.
