Great hotel. Connor from the bar was a particular highlight, very informative of the local area and good fun.
Myself and my 4 yr old daughter stayed for 1 night the 1st July. The check in was smooth, the lady on the desk was so nice. Then up to our room, the whole foyer and lift area is spotless and so comfy the toilets were lovely and clean too.Our room was on the 3rd floor and looked towards the Dunnes sign, the room was spotless, the bathroom was too. The bed was so comfy that my daughter had to be woken the next morning. We didn’t eat in the hotel as my daughter wanted Eddie rockets for dinner and she slept late the next morning. Check out was seamless and they held our bags so we could go do some shopping before we went home. I cannot rate the hotel or staff enough. We will be back.
Enjoyable stay. Clean rooms, staff very polite and attentive, food was decent in the restaurants.
Conor in the bar made our stay. He’s a great laugh and looked after us all. We enjoyed seeing him to have a laugh.

We've just finished a run of dinners at the Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown with my mum and dad visiting from Australia, and I wanted to take the time to recognise Peter, the bar manager, who looked after us across every one of them.
The food and the surroundings were lovely, and what made these evenings genuinely special was Peter. He's warm, attentive and remembers the little things - the kind of service that turns a nice meal into an occasion.
Over several dinners he made my parents feel completely at home, and for a family that doesn't get to be in the same country very often, that meant a great deal.
We've known Peter over a series of visits (over many years), and the care he showed us this time was exactly what we've come to expect from him — professional, personable, and genuinely generous with his time. He's the reason we keep coming back.
If you're staying at or dining in the Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown, ask for Peter in the Sanctuary Bar. Hospitality like his is rare, and the hotel is lucky to have him.

The room was clean and spacious. Big, comfortable bed, great amenities, and a very good breakfast selection.
This Crown Plaza hotel should be rated higher than 5. It was subtle hotel that shined higher than any hotel in Ireland. It was an excellently run operation. Every staff member in every department did a wonderful job. From Nero in the breakfast kitchen to the staff at the front desk never disappointed. One example after the next, from housekeeping to kitchen/ bar operations, everyone was superb. If you want the best anywhere, stay here. We will return. There was parking, clean rooms, restaurants, and great location.
