Pros:

Upon arrival the woman on the desk was warm and welcoming and explained everything. The room I booked was the family room, which had clearly been modernised recently; the decor was lovely and complimented the hotel and the bathroom was stunning

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were pleasant, helpful and quick to respond to any queries. We will definitely go back
Pros:

Beautiful building & decor. Nice spacious dining room and cosy seating in the bar area. Buffet breakfast always hot with reasonable choices.

Cons:

Everything was actually to our liking. Personally I had a small issue with the television as there was what seemed to be an annoying AI voice announcing every touch on the remote.

Restaurant team was friendly and helpful. The location was amazing and room was modern.

Cons:

No AC, and thats understandable, but when you open the windows (the room facing indoor to another side of the building), there is not much of an air. If the management could open up the main window a bit more wider might help.

Great short,quiet break away during the middle of the week
Pros:

I liked seeing that the bar staff and hotel staff all worked like a machine there was genuine mentorship from some of the staff which was good to see, there are staff doing multiple roles here and they do it professionally.

good food and the people care. nice stay for a couple of days off, we had a dog with us and everyone was very accommodating .

Cons:

the only thing I would say is, replace the chairs in the rooms with just something more basic, they were really uncomfortable, zero other problems will come again.

Really enjoyed our two day stay in this beautiful hotel and looking forward to going back.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and the decor and rooms were superb with strong colours and tasteful furnishings. We also d joyed the spa facilities. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Our room was close to the lift so a little noisy at times.
