Good place- the location is top notch and the service great. Rooms are clean but very basic. Overall a good place
Friendly welcome and room ready very early which was really helpful.
We thought the building and restaurant were beautiful.
Room was a decent size with two beds, plenty of hanging space, decent bathroom but no hot water for the 3 days we were there which was a bit disappointing. No fridge in the room but there was a coffee machine which was nice. Shutters to keep sun out but fiddly so kept them shut. Breakfast very nice and served 7-11. Laundry service fast and cheap. Location excellent.
Her er en naturlig og flot oversættelse til engelsk:
This is the place you should stay in Valladolid. You can’t get a more central location, and it includes parking, pleasant surroundings, a great pool, and a delicious breakfast. Unusually good value for money. Highly recommended.
Remedier mosquito repellent when using restaurant.
Authentically rustic, yet spotlessly clean, one of the best rain showers I’ve ever experienced, and a strong air conditioner.
The entire property has an authentic, relaxed and serene Mexican vibe. The service is friendly, and the restaurant is spectacular. The small pool was heated to the perfect temperature.
The chic speakeasy is a nice touch.
While not the fanciest hotel in the world, still one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! What a pleasure!
We stayed 3 nights in Room 2201 as part of a tour group. The room's rear windows overlooked the outside elevator and was directly above the smoker's patio. (The front window looked perpendicular to the walkway from other rooms, so it was not practical to keep the curtains open - the room was a dark dungeon and much smaller than other rooms). By the look of the windows they have not been cleaned in quite some time and were covered w pigeon poop from the pigeons that perched outside the windows every morning on the elevator shaft and serenaded us. Both of these musty and nasty smells permeated the room and after a day my allergies kicked in and I was sick by the end of the stay. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and our bathing suits never dried. There was no extra seating in the room beyond the beds a small vanity bench.
Additionally, the beds were hard as a rock - perhaps Americans like slightly softer beds than sleeping on plywood. (possibly an issue with the tour company booking, but we expected a king bed, not 2 double beds).
Perhaps years ago this was a grand hotel, but it has lost it's luster and needs a deep cleaning.
Totally love this hotel! From the cleanliness, to the location, the restaurant, the breakfast! Everything was just perfect! Don't hesitate to pick this hotel, you'll love it!!
Great location!!! Love the staff and breakfast so delicious with multiple options.
The hotel staff were fantastic. I highly recommend the hotel, it is an easy walk to the city plaza and shopping. The food was good and the bed was super comfortable.
Poner sombrillas en el palco piso 4
We loved this hotel. The building is old and characterful. Location superb too. Having breakfast, lunch or dinner in the courtyard felt such a lovely experience. One of our rooms was a bit noisy as it was on the restaurant side but other than that this was a great stay on our Mexico tour.
First of all they had the wrong number of guests and they tried to charge me more. Thankfully I had a copy of the confirmation and they accepted that. Secondly the room we were given was overlooking the interior courtyard with early morning noise from the breakfast area in the interior courtyard and at night time the same for dinner . Lastly and the most annoying fact was that we discovered upon checkout that they would not take our luggage and store it for 3 hours because they were full and prioritising incoming guests . That caused an extra charge for us as there was not point in waiting around to watch our luggage and we had to buy new bus tickets to depart Valladolid early . Really not a good hotel . They bank on the location and whatever historical location but that's all . Go elsewhere and avoid
Es un lugar céntrico y bastante limpio, el desayuno estaba muy bien
Todo en el hotel es perfecto para nosotros
Beautiful stay!!
The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing, and the servers Luis and Aaron were very attentive and always polite. This hotel has some of the best food in Valladolid, make sure to stop by to eat if you aren’t staying here!
Beautiful hotel with an authentic style. In the city center so everything is easy to reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for two nights and we got some excellent tips and help in making reservations for a restaurant and a guide at Chichen Itza from Pedro at the reception desk.
The only point for improvement would be breakfast. We had to wait quite long for a table and for food to actually be served, which made it impossible for us to be at Chichen Itza early to avoid the crowds and the heat.
Nice hotel, great breakfast!
Todo estuvo excelente!
El hotel muy bien p su personal super amable
Not having a mini fridge is the only thing that is missing.
