Pros:

深夜に空港に着きました。シャトルバスを電話でお願いしましたが、指定場所で待ってるとレセプションに言われましたが、待たずに出発してしまったため結局Uberで移動。到着したらレセプションがおらず5分程度待たされました。
設備全体も古かったため次回は別のホテルにしようと決心致しました。

Pros:

As always, room was big, very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The gigantic hole in the driveway. I’m talking about a huge one that a car would fit in. If we had come after dark, that would not have been very good for our car, It took up all of the entrance side of the drive. If someone had been coming from the other way, we probably would not have been able to avoid it.

Clean, safe, amazing staff!
Pros:

We stayed at Hampton Inn Indianapolis Airport while in town for a cheer competition, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The front desk staff was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay great. One staff member gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation and even took time to talk with our girls about cheer, which meant so much to them and made a lasting impression.

The hotel was very clean, especially the pool area, which was well maintained and always stocked with towels. The breakfast staff and housekeeping team were also incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Most importantly, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, which means everything when traveling with family. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Solid hotel choice but shuttle took almost an hour
Pros:

Hotel was clean and check in process was smooth. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. Transport to the airport was great but pick up at the airport took much longer than I expected. We waited almost an hour and shuttles are advertised as coming every half hour. I called the hotel after waiting 45 minutes and the desk agent radioed the driver to come asap. It was a beautiful day with no traffic issues in the area. 83 degrees outside and the air conditioning did not work well in the shuttle. I would not use the shuttle again.
