Posizione tranquilla e comoda per i servizi e il parcheggio che si trova in zona.
Pros:

Camera stupenda con delle vetrate enormi, bagno spazioso e pulito. La camera è veramente grande, il servizio a colazione ottimo. Staff molto gentile nell'aiutarmi ad entrare perché ero senza internet e non avevo i codici. Si è spiegato bene al telefono nonostante il mio pessimo inglese. Comoda la zona vicino al parco bellissimo e a 5 min di taxi dalla zona murales o mezz'ora di camminata.

Der kontaktlose Check-In hat sehr gut funktioniert und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, aber es war für jeden etwas dabei. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, sauber und ausreichend groß.

Cons:

Es war schwierig einen Parkplatz an der Straße zu finden, da sehr viel in der Stadt los war.

Pros:

La camera era molto pulita ed era abbastanza vicino al centro raggiungibile con 20 minuti di camminata.

Cons:

Non è assolutamente da considerarsi un 4 stelle come segnato qui su Booking.È stato faticoso fare i quattro piani a piedi per scale ripide con le valigie.
Fisicamente non c’è una reception e non hai modo di rapportarti con nessuno.
Le pareti sono molto sottili e la prima notte l’abbiamo passata in bianco perché i nostri vicini erano alticci e sono stati svegli fino alle 4 del mattino a ridere, chiacchierare e fare videochiamate a voce alta nella loro stanza, ma non essendoci una reception non abbiamo neanche avuto modo di lamentarci con qualcuno.
La stanza era molto molto piccola.
La colazione era scarsa e con poca scelta, pochi tavoli dove sederci e con prodotti confezionati.

Posizione e possibilità di parcheggio

Cons:

Colazione mediocre. Camera non insonorizzata e quindi rumore di traffico dalla strada e difficilmente a dormire. Aggravata dalla condizione del materasso abbiamo trascorso due notti praticamente svegli.

L'igiene della stanza e della struttura era ok.
Molto congeniale la posizione centrale.
Personale estremamente disponibile: quando abbiamo prenotato abbiamo avuto problemi con il pagamento e si sono prodigati affinché tutto andasse liscio prima del nostro arrivo. Sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno anche fatto parlare con una persona italiana per chiarire meglio il problema e riuscire a risolvere velocemente.

Cons:

La camera nonostante fosse una matrimoniale Deluxe era molto piccola e completamente priva di finestre. L'unica fonte di ossigeno era una porta con maniglione antipatico che affacciava direttamente sulle scale esterne di emergenza (a livello della stanza).
Il costo della colazione (circa 17€) non valeva l'offerta. C'erano diverse cose ma non c'era la colazione calda (english breakfast, uova ecc) che invece allo stesso prezzo abbiamo trovato in altri posti dove abbiamo dormito durante la vacanza.

Camera spaziosa e pulita, possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente in zona. Centro distante circa 20 minuti a piedi oppure fermata bus a pochi metri. Zona tranquilla con diverse possibilità per mangiare. Colazione normale con il minimo indispensabile. Personale molto gentile. Colazione con uova ecc. con pagamento extra di 10 sterline grazie a partnership con locale vicino.
