Sopiva sijainti ja mukava henkilökunta
Huoneessa oli kuuma eikä ollut ilmastointia. Ei ollut erillistä ikkunaa, vain ovi sisäpihalle ja pidin sitä auki koko yön, kun muuten olisin läkähtynyt. Ovi johtaa alueelle, josta on käytännössä pääsy toisiin huoneisiin, ja siksi tuntui turvattomalta pitää ovea auki öisin, mutta ei ollut vaihtoehtoja.

Great facilities, lovely room and good location.
Liked the thoughtfulness that there was a fan in the room especially as weather was so hot. Excellent value for money. Complimentary continental breakfast was good.
Air conditioning would have been nice as room was very warm but a fan was provided which helped.
I cannot find anything positive to say. It is the first hotel at which I have arrived and instantly wanted to leave.
Where do I start? 1. The description scores staff, but there were NO STAFF. It is entirely electronic, which was not made clear and I would definitely not have booked were this so. 2. The window opened onto the communal fire escape with little natural light, so, had we chosen to stay, we would have had to keep the curtain closed. 3. The room is tiny and not as one might believe from the photos. 4. Across the road is what I expect a student bar with very loud thumping music. 5. The "free parking" just means guests need to trawl the local side streets and find somewhere. 6. We were charged £121 and, for £30 more, we could have stayed in a Holiday Inn in at a far better location (city centre) with proper facilities and staff. This hotel should be half the price of Holiday Inn.
Lovely and quaint hotel! Had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and big, easy check in and nice continental breakfast. A nice strong fan was provided which was greatly appreciated as we visited during the summer. Also very well priced!
It’s a little out of the main city area but it’s an easy 20 min walk and you can go via the botanic gardens, Queens University and City Hall. Makes for a lovely walk :)

The property was very clean and cosy. It was well decorated. The staff were very helpful and they couldn’t do enough for us. The location was about a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of town. The bed was really comfy.
Location was fantastic love proximity to botanic gardens,ulster museum & stroll to city centre
Tv remote was unpredictable
