Cons:

£183 but usually around £125 for Satnight (I checked). Students moving into Queens uni this weekend so is there a bit of price hiking going on? No window, we had an emergency glass door so left it open a bit all night for air. Night lights on all night as door opened o to emergency stairwell. Didnt expect that. Room size on ad but appeared much smaller. Rubbish,clothes and old sofa dumped on street beside entrance, I know staff cant do anything about it but very unsightly

Lovely room, comfy bed.
Pros:

Bed was super comfy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The busy road outside, but that is no fault of the hotel and to be fair it's to be expected at any hotel within the city of Belfast. Especially those on busy main streets.

Fine for young people who don't mind some noise. Not suitable for a mature traveller who needs sleep
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be.
The room and bed were comfortable enough.

Cons:

The location was noisy at night, firstly due to music in a nearby pub and secondly the sound of traffic. It was too warm to close the window but noisy when you opened it. Maybe this is only to be expected on a main road.
The shower wasn't working properly. It went from completely cold to boiling hot moving the knob only fractionally so it was impossible to have a comfortable shower.
The room was located up 5 or 6 flights of stairs. This should be clearly stated in publicity.

Pros:

Loved the location, the continental breakfast, the easy check in and security to enter both the main building and the room, new towels and refills of coffee making facilities in the room on request

Cons:

Really uncomfortable bed, and very unstable WiFi making the smart TV practically useless, after a long day of sightseeing was looking forward to a relaxing evening with a movie and that didn't happen

Situation satisfaisante pour visiter Belfast. La seule personne que nous avons rencontrée (lors des petits déjeuners) fait son maximum pour satisfaire les clients.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas un hôtel. Pas d'accueil, ni de réception. Petit-déjeuner peu satisfaisant, absence de produits frais, viennoiseries sous vides. Très déçus. Tarif très élevé pour le niveau de prestation.

Overall, worth the money as it was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Property was nice, very clean, came with hair dryer and we had the romantic package so was lovely with the Prosecco on our arrival, and we managed to check in 2 hours early, also I loved the fact you can press a button just to order a taxi, which is nice.

Cons:

Only issue we had was with the showers water temperature was difficult to adjust but got it in the end even though still quite hot, And the rooms very hot. Another thing was we did have to pay a 100pound deposit, which wasn’t stated before hand which we didn’t have cash on us as we only had revolut with us (no card) so couldn’t take out, which was annoying but the receptionist sorted it out for us, thankfully. Breakfast was ok. We had omelette but we excepted fully cooked breakfast as on pictures which looked to be Irish / English breakfast, but didn’t get that. Location was quite difficult, we did have subway closeby and one small shop, that doesn’t sell drink. we were staying as we were going to the emergency which is a 30 minute walk from it, you have to get taxi, though it’s not expensive for taxi either only like 8-10pounds.
