Very poor but staff and breakfast were excellent

La falta de ascensor. Se informó con ascensor, pero no funcionó, siendo esta la causa presunta de su arritmia. Nos facilitaron una pieza en planta baja, que era para personas con discapacidad, cobrando el mismo precio por la que nos otorgaron en el primer piso, qué era limpia y luminosa

No funciona el ascensor.
Pros:

El hotel esta bien, el principal problema es que no funcionaba el ascensor desde hace más de un mes. Cosa que no nos informaron hasta llegar al hotel. Nuestra habitación estaba en un séptimo piso.

Cons:

The wifi didn’t work during the night but magically worked during the day and the staff pretended to not understand why it wasn’t working and yet it consistency stopped working two nights in a row during the night leading us to believe it was purposely turned off. Also, the AC didn’t work so we were constantly overheating and even if you turned it all the way down to the lowest setting, it still never felt close to 70 degrees F.
