This is a 4star hotel. Only the absolute necessities are supplied. No coffee making facilities, 1 (one) pillow on the bed. I ask for a second one, “we are booked out, we don’t have one!!!!” This hotel is in a fantastic location, but that’s about it.

Kurzurlaub zum Maschseefest
Pros:

Alles war super. Perfekt ist die zentrale Lage. Wir haben gut geschlafen, bequeme Betten und es war ruhig.
Immer wenn wir in Hannover sind, buchen wir das Hotel. Frühstück hatten wir nicht können wir nicht beurteilen.

Alles war ok.

Pros:

Dicht bij station en centrum.

Weer eens een lekkere echt grote kamer met hoog plafond. Om die reden zou ik zo weer dit hotel kiezen. Sommige hotels hebben kamers waar je claustrofobisch van wordt maar dit was zeer ruim.

Cons:

Duitse hoofdkussens zijn zo plat dat je met hoofd direct op matras ligt. Daardoor heb ik slecht geslapen. Aan de balie vertelde men ook geen andere kussens te hebben. Heb uiteindelijk een stapel van mijn gevouwen kleren gemaakt om als kussen te gebruiken

Meteen heel verhaal over niet weinig schoonmaken dat was goed voor milieui., Ik had 3 nachten geboekt en nooit handdoeken gehad, bed opgemaakt, voorraden aangevuld. Uiteindelijk zelf koffie en suiker bij avondbalie moeten halen. Voor dat bedrag per nacht verwacht je meer service.

Er zouden werkzaamheden las ik in recensies, prima maar om 8 uur begonnen ze al met drilboor tot uur of 9 a 10 daarna niet meer gehoord. In weekend was het wel stil. Uitzicht is vies plastiek en bouwsteigers voor je raam.

All in One, Top Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, Top Lage, Super Frühstück

Cons:

Die Klima Anlage hat nicht Funktioniert und die Aussicht war mit Ausblick auf das Parkhaus und die Müllcontainer nicht der beste gebuchte Ausblick den man sich unter Ausblick vorstellt

Ganz ok.!! Vielleicht komme ich wieder.
Pros:

Das schöne durch eine Klimaanlage gekühlte Zimmer, das bequeme Bett und das freundliche Personal. Die Ruhe im Hotel.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war eher klein und schnell „besetzt“ bei hohem Andrang, Lärm in der Nacht von der Straße (laute Stimmen?) war irritierend (zum Glück trage ich Gehörschutz beim Schlafen und habe daher einiges nicht mitbekommen).

Wir kommen wieder, aber wollen einen Kühlschrank und mehr Kleiderbügel

Gefallen hat uns die Lage, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, auch Preis-Leistung.

Cons:

Nicht gut ist, dass man das Hotel sehr schlecht direkt tel. erreichen kann.
Was uns sehr geärgert hat, dass das Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank hatte, leider erst gemerkt als wir alles ausgepackt hatten. Ausserdem sind die 4 Kleiderbügel viel zu wenig, wenn noch nicht mal Haken für die Jacken da sind.
Es wird am falschen Ende gespart. Die anderen Sachen waren gut.
