We had a wonderful stay at Astoria Plaza in Manila! The hotel is in a great location, and the exceptional staff and service truly stood out throughout my visit. The rooms are clean and well-sized, giving you plenty of space to stretch out. Another massive highlight was the buffet breakfast-it is definitely one of the best.

Cons:

The only real downside was that the bathrooms are super tiny, which felt a bit tight compared to the spacious rooms

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay on this Astoria branch at Ortigas. We were upgraded to two-bedroom room accommodation from single room. I was also celebrating my birthday that day and my fiancée surprise me for a relaxing stay here. The team also gave me a birthday cake and its taste delicious. We have plans on that day to go out and spend the evening on other establishment near the hotel but when the moment we have entered the room provided by Astoria, we did not step out. :) I told m7y fiancée that I would prefer to stay in the room and enjoy it. We had a cozy Netflix night, i enjoyed the hot shower and soaked on the bathtub. I also love the food selection on the buffet area for breakfast. The staff there are very friendly and very accommodating. We will love to book here again. Thank you Astoria - Ortigas!

Cons:

Unfortunately, during our stay, the pool area is under renovation. We were not able to dip on the pool but otherwise, our stay here at Astoria Ortigas is still worth it and the absence of the pool was replaced by the bathtub at our room.

It was in Manila

Cons:

It was big bugs, roaches, in our room every night. We never brought food into our room to eat The shower fixtures were loose and the air-conditioning didn't work that good in the rooms. It was always hot in the hallways and the morning breakfast wasn't good as well.

​Overall, we had a great stay! The room was excellent, though there were a few minor signs of wear and tear that could use a touch-up. Special thanks to the staff—they were extremely accommodating, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit.

Cons:

​The only minor hiccup was during checkout when reception assured us we were clear to leave with our car, but the security guard insisted we return to the front desk. Better internal communication on vehicle clearance would avoid this unnecessary delay, but overall it was still a very enjoyable stay."

Memorable. Made memories. Had adventures. Will always remember my first stay in the Philipines.
Pros:

Property had two restaurants on site for food, was close to other stores for any other needs you may have. Delivery / Rideshare options available. Affordable laundry services. Friendly front-of-house and back-of-house staff no matter where you encounter them within the hotel.

Cons:

Elevator waiting time was a bit long as only 2 out of 3 elevators were operational. Elevators get a bit warm due to amount of guests that get in to go up or down.

Een heerlijk hotel!
Pros:

Kamer zijn erg ruim, schoon en comfortabel. Goede matrassen en kussens, en ook fijn twee-zitbank. Keukentje en eettafel. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk! Ook aan glutenvrije broodjes is gedacht en zien er ook aantrekkelijk uit. Ik heb geen glutenallergie, maar dit viel op bij het ontbijtbuffet. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Op de 31e verdieping hadden we ook een mooi uitzicht over de stad. We hebben hier twee keer een week geslapen en komen zeker terug!

the room is big and clean, staff were courteous and accommodating

Cons:

i had a DND on my door but they called the room phone which woke me up WHY???
the waiters during breakfast kept asking and offering while i was eating and about to shove food in my mouth, which was awkward ... asking once or twice is enough and NOT while the guest is in the middle of eating, learn about customer cues if they need help (or not, leave them at their peace)
the toilet bidet (attached and not a hose) doesn't really clean you, water pressure was not enough and you cant really move/maneuver it
