Great place for an overnight.
Pros:

Comfortable. Good breakfast with good options. Restaurants walking distance.

Cons:

The elevator floor was very dirty and the refrigerator had something spilled in it. Otherwise we thought it was great.

A wonderful lodging experience about the best we've had
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. I like that they changed the hot items daily. Great packaged breakfast sandwiches and pastries. The location was a little away from the busy areas but close enough to drive to destinations we wanted. Very safe area and free parking. The suite was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The air conditioning worked great to keep the room cool. The staff were fantastic and immediately brought to our door things we needed. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. We will definitely be returning here.

Can't think of anything that could be better. Everything was great for us.

I would never stay here again.
Pros:

We were greeted by a friendly person at the front desk.

Cons:

No hot water in the bathroom. Plugs by bed didn't work. The air conditioning was either too cold (63 degrees) or too hot.

Bad experience, choose a different hotel
Pros:

Can't think of anything.

Cons:

Horrible pillows. Very small suite room. Beds were extremely soft and worn out. Out of everything including coffee at breakfast. Trash cans in dining area overflowing. Only one person filling food and covering dining area. Pools was out of service. This is the reason I typically avoid Marriott hotels.

Pros:

Good location. Easy access from I-40, reasonable drive to Dollywood.

Cons:

Pool was closed. That should have been communicated at booking. We booked there and came early Saturday afternoon so the kids could swim.

There was a dirty towel left under my sink from I’m assuming the previous guest.
Breakfast selection was not like previous Fairfield’s I have stayed in. The pool chlorine was SOO high my eyes burned

The manager was very understanding however she did not follow through on her accommodation she promised us

The location was great for us coming into the mountains at midnight

Cons:

Our bed was very uncomfortable. The shower was so hot and it got hotter if you put it on cold. The lock on the bathroom door was broken. At breakfast they ran out of eggs a half an hour after opening up. We waited for over an hour for eggs and still did not get any.

Enjoyable!
Pros:

The location was perfect for where we needed to be the next day. It's right off the interstate. It also had shops across the street: Bass Pro Shop and Chocolate Monkey(ice cream) which was good with really large scoops!

Cons:

The only negative would probably be the A/C!!. Unfortunately, it was a bit loud when starting up to maintain the temp.

It’s very comfortable and super clean and the handicap bathroom is nice

Cons:

The Customer Service is lousy those young girls upfront. They have no respect for people. They makeit the hotel three stars instead of five. They need to go to some Customer Service classes.
