Defo recommend!
Pros:

Super friendly staff, especially Bex who we spoke to the most and she was just lovely! All of them were so helpful. Beds were super comfy, rooms stoked well and smelled amazing, great facilities, lovely food and good selection for breakfast. Really conveniently located and free parking! Also loved the games in the bar. Thanks all for a great honeymoon stay.

A nice pub with comfortable rooms in a great location at a great price.
Pros:

We found the room to be very small but adequate for an overnight stay and with a very comfortable bed. Our evening meal was OK but nothing special, my wife had a Lasagne, I had a chicken curry, both average. The breakfast was however very good and a decent selection.

Cons:

Our room was not accessible from within the building after 22.00 and had to be accessed by going up the fire escape on the outside of the building.....we made sure that we were in our room before the deadline.

Lovely hotel in Alnwick
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

The car park is big, however access is incredibly and realistically a bit too tight for wide cars / suv's.
The reed diffusers in the rooms are quite strong

Great place and good value for money
Pros:

Good blend of old building and fashionable bar and restaurant. Good sized room with everything needed. Breakfast and restaurant was good.

Cons:

Breakfast didn’t start until 08:30 and rooms not replenished during the stay.

This place can, and should, be so much better than it is............
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable bed. Cooked breakfast, when arrived, excellent.

Cons:

Only quarter of one toilet roll in room. Windows couldn't open in room. Dinner menu very poor unless you like burgers and heavy American style sauces. No bread or milk at breakfast (someone forgot to order them apparently!). No hot drinks at breakfast because no-one thought to switch on the hot water urn.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, food was amazing, perfect location, lovely inside.

Cons:

Dbl room was insanely tiny, could barely move, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Had a really bad sleep.

Amazing Inn in an Amazing location! Exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. We train and then the bus around the corner here and it worked as planned. The location of the Inn is amazing, right on the main strip of the quaint, picturesque village. The Inn was clean, classy, and way more than what we were expecting. The food at the Inn was also great and we would absolutely go back in a heartbeat to stay here.

Staff weee very attentive and pleasant and look after our needs and requests. Stay was although spoilt by the lack of sl

Central location great to get around Alnwick. Comfortable

Cons:

No one manning overnight. Stay was very noisy. Other guests were up till 4am and very loud and there was no staff to remind guests to be quiet and have consideration for other guests. We were unable to get a good nights sleep before heading off on a very long planned walk the next day

A comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location, get in before 23:00 on a rainy night
Pros:

Location and friendly staff

Cons:

Having to enter through the back external stairwell after 23:00 which would have been okay but the stair mid landing was very slippery (like black ice) after rain and my partner slipped and hurt herself.
