Pros:

Location and easy access.

Cons:

TV had no freeview, damp on the inside of the bay window, blinds did not close properly so lots of light got in. Mold on the inside of the shower.

Close to centre. Nice property

Cons:

Parking £20 for 24hrs but it’s free from 8pm until 9am so I was working in the area working 7am until 5pm so it cost me £40 for 6hrs parking over 2 nights. Then once you pay the £20 you have to hunt for a parking spot. All very stressful after a 10hr shift

Overall it was ok for a room and nothing else.
Pros:

Nice area with good coffee shops

Cons:

No reception or facilities so it wasn’t possible to leave luggage prior to check-in. The room was quite small but in a quiet location.

Convenient!
Pros:

The location was really convenient, just a short walk from the Conference Center. It was great that the staff member was easy to reach on WhatsApp.

Cons:

The stay was enjoyable. We didn't run into any big problems. Just a small note: the photos were a bit misleading, so it might be helpful for the owner to update them.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Excellent communication prior to stay when there were problems with taking the payment.

Cons:

To start it is not a hotel but self access accommodation - you need to register to get all the codes, if the signal is poor it will take you forever, if the code doesn't work there is no one to assist you.

If you need help you can only call an automated AI assistant who will pass your message to the office so you are waiting long time to get any help.

The rooms are furnished cheaply and cleaning standard is poor.

The balcony door in my room wouldn't close so it wasn't safe. It took 1.5h on the phone to get anyone to belive me and move me to a different room. I had to send videos and was made feel like an idiot.

Also no parking and WiFi working on/off.

Pros:

I booked the room with a separate private bathroom, not far away, but outside of my room. The hotel thoughtfully provided bathrobe & slippers for the short walk to the bathroom.

We would recommend Brighton for a short break and to definitely use this hotel.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast.
Great location within walking distance of Brighton city centre.
Much quieter than we had expected.
Great pubs/bars in close proximity.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn't close properly, with minor adjustment it would have been perfect.
