The surroundings and the outside sitting areas.
The entrance and corridors to the rooms 10-15 needs updating. It looks old and unkept and looks like a back entrance to a barn

It was a very nice day really nice staff made you feel welcome and even though it’s quite small you still get your privacy and the kids enjoyed the park
The decor was a little bit dated, but not really a negative
Presentation of the place was good. Ample parking and available of a play area for the little ones was a good bonus.
Rooms are dated, smelt old. Stained curtains, carpets could do with a proper clean
Food was excellent, the breakfast was absolutely amazing cereals, cooked breakfast, toast,yogurts, tea coffee.
For us back sufferers the bed and pillows were lumpy and hard otherwise room was clean and tidy tea coffee available.

The location was good. Staff were polite and helpful. The evening meal on Friday was excellent
The bedroom wasnt particularly clean. The cleaner did not replace the used items
The location is accessible to main roads for easy access to various destinations
We booked for dinner at 6.30pm, once we ordered drinks we sat and waited and waited for them to be brought to the table, so we had to chase those up. Once we had them they asked what we wanted which we were going to have the carvery and by that time we heard them say they only had pork left. As my husband can’t eat pork we then had to order something else and again waited and waited, so from arrival we waited over an hour for food. They did deduct the drinks from the bill which was appreciated.
The shower screen on the bath, the plastic seal at the bottom was green with mould. There were a few cobwebs on the wall by the bathroom door.
The room was spacious and the staff friendly
It is dated and the bathrooms need upgrading (rusty towel rail and grubby grouting)
Stupendo Lodge immerso nella campagna inglese. Ottima la colazione (è anche un ristorante). Camere pulite e spaziose. Parcheggio gratuito.
Lontano da tutto, ma troppo tipico.
