If this hotel could be rated more than 5 stars, I would give it 10! Exceptional in every way.
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely amazing! I've stayed in many hotels in Mexico and Dubai, but the service here is incredible. Everything from cleanliness, food, and staff to the beautiful view and beach was perfect. Truly a superb experience.

Hotel is under used. Only 1 restaurant, service is not that good, food is very scarce.

Disappointing but has potentials if someone takes care of the hotel.
Pros:

The staff are nice. Specially the lady at the reception and buggy driver Mert.

Cons:

The hotel is a dated 5star hotel that in todays standards is a low grade 4 star or perhaps even 3. The rooms are outdated. The landscaping is quite dirty and seems like no one took care of it.
The spa is just absolutely awful, i did not even use it after seeing it. There was renovations happening as we were staying. I would never stay there again

Bis auf schönes Zimmer zum Flüchten! Nie wieder!

Das Zimmer war klasse, sehr groß, modern, direkter Blick aufs Meer, wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge…
Der Rest…eine absolute Katastrophe!
Super nette Frau (Figen) am Empfang…sehr hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Zustand des Klubs, außer die Zimmer, komplett abgerockt, dreckig und völlig verwahrlost…gelangweiltes, desorientiertes Servicepersonal! Die Lage ist bis auf den Meerblick für Ausflüge in Bodrum völlig ungeeignet. Ohne Taxi geht nix! Frühstück eine Katastrophe! Drinks völlig überteuert, für Hochsaison ok, aber mit bereits abgeräumten Club, Roof Top Area etc. Abzocke! Die Location gehörte mal zu den Hot Spots…aber die Zeiten sind offensichtlich vorbei…

The Service was top notch, I do wish they people were more affluent in english. Everything was just perfect. But I also felt the breakfast was limited, they can definitely add more variety.
