Cons:

The air conditioning was not working, and the hotel staff knew about this issue, yet they still gave us that room. Unfortunately, we only found out about this when we checked out. The evening before check-out, I tried calling the reception to let them know the AC wasn't working, but unfortunately, no one answered.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed
Pros:

Nice view from the suit's balcony

Cons:

The coffee machine in the room didn't work and the staff didn't fix it, the beds are not comfortable, the smell in the room was not good. The breakfast was very poor and the staff gave us wrong information about its price. And the worst part: the air condition broke down in the whole hotel when it was +34 hot outside. The staff said they have nothing to do till the morning.

staff was amazing , A big thank you to David and Paula at the front desk for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive, making our family's stay in Budapest even more enjoyable. Great stay in a beautiful city.
Pros:

Fabulous breakfast with huge variety and nicely arranged food, short walking distance to public transportation, the room felt airy thanks to the high ceilings, modern bathroom, great historic building with modern upgrades, don´t miss the beautiful stairwell!

Cons:

Well the decorative printed, semi see through swing glass doors to the bathroom were not our style. you can´t lock them either. don´t know if those doors are in all rooms.

Amazing! My new hotel in Budapest from now on.
Pros:

The overal quietness, the location and the staff, which was incredibly helpful and nice.

Cons:

It’s not a dislike but more of a question: even when the A/C off there was a continuous buzzing sound which at night was somewhat annoying. Can it be turned off? It seemed to be coming from a ventilation shaft.

Hotel super. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. W pokoju ekspres i na holu głównym również. Lokalizacja na 6+, super okolica. Personel bardzo sympatyczny :) zdecydowanie polecam!

Pros:

Palazzo Zichy is my favorite Budaprst hotel - a real palace, perfectly renovated adjacent to a nifty square and a walking street full of restaurants and bars, mainly occupied by students of the nearby universities.
It never disappoints.
Tip: the 1st floor features the high ceilings of the original palace.

Cons:

Nothing to complain, only the (no) service at the adjacent Alma & Korte fine dining restaurant (not part of the Zichy hotel, where service is maticulous)
