Pros:

Het aan boord zijn van de SS was een hele mooie ervaring.
Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het bed.
Mijn matras was zacht en gleed weg van de onderste laag, waardoor ik meerdere keren in de nacht bijna van het matras gleed.
Tussen de matrassen ontstond daardoor een grote spleet.
In de kamer was het erg warm en droog.

Geluid van de gang is goed te horen in de kamer. Bv mensen met rolkoffers.

Nostalgie, rondleiding en grote van kamer

Cons:

Ventilatie/ koeling op slaapkamer lastig op temperatuur krijgen en ondanks meerdere dagen slapen zetten de schoonmakers hem weer uit, oftewel je komt weer in een warme kamer.

Nostalgie ten top op het water.
Pros:

Ik kwam al voor de vijfde of zesde keer naar SS Rotterdam, meestal met ander gezelschap. Wat mij het meest bevalt is de sfeer die er heerst en vooral het nostalgiegevoel. Hoe men er in geslaagd is dit schip van de sloot te redden en het zoveel als mogelijk in zijn oorspronkelijke staat te herstellen, inclusief stijlvol en tijdloos interieur en meubilair en de prachtige muurschilderingen. Steeds opnieuw is dit een openbaring voor mij!

Cons:

Naarmate de sluitingstijd van het ontbijt naderde, waren een aantal zaken niet meer zo smaakvol en uitgedroogd (roereieren, spek, witte boontjes in tomatensaus...).

Nostalgische Übernachtung.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal und gute Restaurants. Eine Reise in die 60iger Jahre.

Cons:

Der Teppich auf Gängen und in den Zimmern sollte mal ausgetauscht werden.

Schöner Aufenthalt für Familien, die viel erleben wollen.
Pros:

Es war ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis hier zu übernachten. Gerade mit Kind ist es eine absolute Empfehlung. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle zur nächsten Metro Haltestelle, man kann Fahrräder leihen, oder eine Tour auf dem Schiff machen. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt eine Haltestelle am Schiff, um ein Wassertaxi zu nehmen. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht, aber schön gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen.
