Location, breakfast, comfortable bed
As I would have liked halal breakfast but the breakfast was good
Clean and well-equipped with helpful friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. And despite being near a big road it was quiet. Breakfast included adds to the value of
Nothing negative to say, merely that your chargers can’t have cables plugging in at the bottom like nine did as the sockets are only a little above a desk, not leaving enough room. The hotel staff kindly lent me a charger. See photo.
Nice modern hotel, staff lovely and friendly. Easy to walk into town. Good carparking. Good size room.
Our room was so noisy ,so close to the busy road and railway line that it felt like you were sleeping in the underpass. Also entrance was not well signposted from the carpark.
Check in was smooth and quick, room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast in the morning was busy and everything was great
Bathroom - handles coming off bath, plug not really keeping water in
Bedroom - one charging point not working as it had been pushed in. Plug sockets were too low down so charging plugs wouldn't fit - charging points at the base of the plug. Not enough milk pots for tea/coffee. Room was very hot and stuffy, only a simple fan in the room which didn't reach the bed even on the highest setting.
Access
A big coach party made it difficult to move around the place and breakfast was impossible with so many people there at once.
Budget hotel in a convenient location. Breakfast was good with a varied selection of hot and cold dishes. Good value for money.

Only 1 lift. Breakfast was in a windowless basement area. The walk from train station not ideal, but station taxis available.

I am very happy with the breakfast, which is fresh and has lots of choices to make. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are attentive and offer the best customer service. I have no problem. and will recommend people to visit the hotel.
I felt hot due to the heat. I did not know there was a fan in the room but was locked in the cupboard. It is good to tell the customer what is available for them to use within the room and where to find it. The weather is hot; just my suggestion. However, the bed is comfortable, and I slept well.
