Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast and the breakfast areas were kept clean and tables cleared promptly.

A lovely clean spacious reception with seating area bar and breakfast room, room was exceptional, lovely city view cleanliness was on top form couldn't fault, everything that should be clean was clean, was a pleasure to stay in that room thankyou.
The reception women who checked me in was very happy, didnt feel welcome from her checking in but I guess it was a warm day but still everyone else got a warm greeting and smile I got che bed in without a word so maybe she could work on her hosting skills but apart from that was a lively stay. Maybe the polite ones get zero service and the rude get the best I found,
Altogether it was a pleasant experience: The hotel is conveniently located, the staff are efficient and friendly, the breakfast was a reasonable quality (took account of dietary needs), the facilities I used worked very well.
