Pros:

Eu gostei muito da localização, dava para visitar vários pontos turísticos a pé, tinham bons restaurantes perto, 2 mercados do lado e a galeria pacífico era também muito perto. Chuveiro muito bom!

Cons:

Primeiramente, não me agradou o fato de chegar no hotel e saber que não estava incluso no valor total ofertado o serviço de quarto , o que para mim é bem óbvio, afinal é o padrão em todos os hotéis.
Saber que tinha que pagar um valor avulso de USD 20,00 por dia para ter direito a limpeza e arrumação foi bem decepcionante.
Também um valor avulso de café da manhã de 11 dolares.
Além do que, atrelar este valor extra a outro valor avulso de café da manhã, para fins de desconto de preço, me pareceu um pouco abusivo.(eles oferecem desconto se vc fechar limpeza e café da manhã)

Achei que o preço do hotel estava convidativo , mas com a decepção das cobranças à parte percebi que não era.
Diminuir o valor através deste tipo de "maquiagem" dificulta a comparação com os preços de outros hotéis no mercado, o que caracteriza um desserviço ao consumidor.

Se eu me atentasse antes, teria ficado em outro lugar que fosse um pouco mais caro a princípio ou com valor sem taxas supresas.

Isto é um verdadeiro "balde de água fria".
Eu já comecei as ferias frustrada.

Também presenciei muitas pessoas que tinham feito reservas, mas quando chegaram no hotel, o sistema não havia registrado as mesmas, e as pessoas tinham que procurar outro lugar em cima da hora. Apavorante!

Incrível
Pros:

A localização é exclente, centralizada em relação a todos os pontos turísticos. E ainda é ao lado de mercadinho, perto de restaurantes e comércio da Rua Florida. Os recepcionistas são super atenciosos e legais conosco dando dicas e apoio em tudo que precisávamos.

We had a great time!
Pros:

The hotel staff was wonderful, super helpful. Marisol was so gentle with us. The location is great, pretty close to Obelisco and other great places. Breakfast was very good.

Preço justo, ótima localização e equipe fantástica.
Pros:

Localização excelente, café da manhã muito bom e equipe muito atenciosa. A Jeniffer, da recepção, e Antonella, da Limpeza, foram surpresas muito agradáveis durante nossa estadia em Buenos Aires. Voltaria com certeza!

Não teve nenhum ponto ruim durante nossa estadia. Tudo foi perfeito!

Bueno conocido, 2 veces bueno.
Pros:

Es un hotel en el que me alojo bastante seguido y generalmente es solo por una noche y me resulta muy comodo por su cercanía a la terminal de Buquebus.
Por otra parte, es importantye la atención que le oponen a la limpieza.
