Cons:

The overcharge. Your staff is exceptional. They deserve more than what they are getting paid for rendering their services to the public on your behalf. But the company’s practices are deplorable at best. Your extra fee for services that are traditionally included in the minimum services rendered in your industry are simply deceiving and extremely ridiculous. The tourism industry regulator should shoot you down. I will never use your facilities again nor will I recommend it to anyone and I will write the most negative review ever in every American media site about your deplorable and despicable business practices.

Pros:

Top Lage, gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, sehr liebes Personal was sich sehr bemüht hat englisch zu sprechen und es war einfach super freundlich! Gute Ausstattung des Bads (Föhn war vorhanden)

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas laut, die Klimaanlage von aussen war sehr gut zu hören im Zimmer, die Frühstückszeiten waren etwas merkwürdig. Ich habe einen Timeslot um 9:30 bekommen. Da der Frühstücksbereich eher kleiner wirkte vestehe ich dass nicht alle zur gleichen Zeit kommen können. Vielleicht war es aber auch ein Kommunikationsproblem.

Breakfast was delicious. Food was all freshly prepared. Great location!

The room was a little run down and I did not care for the smell of the product used to clean the room.

Excelente escolha. Super indico para poucos dias.
Pros:

Localização excelente. Dá pra fazer vários passeios à pé. O hotel muito organizado, limpo, cama confotável, chuveiro maravilhoso.

Cons:

A porta que dava para um jardim não estava muito fedada e entrava vento frio no quarto. A acústica não é muito boa, dá pra ouvir os outros quartos bastante.
