Absolutely nothing
We arrived at the hotel very late at night and were exhausted after our flight was diverted from new york. The key that we received didn't work. We went to get a second key and it still didn't work. Then the person at reception called the porter , and he came and opened the door with his key and then went and got us a third key which finally worked. My husband and I both use cpaps at night. We plugged them in next to the bed but the minute we turned off the lights in the room , it shut off the electricity and we couldn't use them. In the morning , we went to take a shower only to discover that we couldn't even turn on the water to be able to use the shower. The faucet was stuck and couldn't be moved. We have used booking.com many times and always have been pleased. This was really a huge disappointment and a waste of our money. We think we should get our money back or at least most of it since we couldn't even get basic services.
Grundsätzlich hoher Standard, angenehmere Bett, sauber
Ausstattung im 90er Jahre Stil, etwas abseits vom Schuss. Zimmer hellhörig
Wonderful hotel in a quiet location on the water and just a 5 minute walk from the North End. Great staff and fitness center.
Location was good.
The valet staff were extremely rude, and the service was a complete mess. I knew going in that it was $60 per night - that wasn't the issue. The problem was the attitude. One of them actually said to me, "I don't want to give you a headache, but you need to understand me," with that tone. Every time I called for my car, it took more than 15 minutes to bring out.
When I finally got my car back, the windshield wiper was flipped up. I asked the valet why, and he just smirked and said, "Because I had to park it," then ignored me when I tried to follow up. Honestly, this isn't really valet parking either because they just tell you where to park so it's easier for them to move the car later.
There to visit our daughter. Loved being on the water. Room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Close walking distance to so much. Staff was so helpful. Property around the buildings surrounded with plants and flowers and places to sit to enjoy the water.
Great location, hotel had really good food. Many restaurants nearby.
What a great location!! The area was perfect for walking around the city. Very safe, clean and beautiful. Iconic Bakeries: Mike's Pastry cash only and Modern Pastry. Dining over 100 restaurants. Culture and Atmosphere.
el personal sumamente dedicado a brindarte una buena experiencia y atento a tus necesidades.La habitacion muy comoda, camas super comodas
si bien no teniamos incluido el desayuno, tenian un restaurant donde podias comprar algo , pero con pocas opciones saludables
Great hotel. Great location.
We booked waterfront premium hotel room and stay at Boston Warf Hotel for special family occasion on April 28 and 29th, 2026. When we arrived, the valet was extremely uncourteous and putting pressure on us to use valet saying that we had just 15 minutes of check in otherwise we have to pay all day price plus tips. As we entered, we observed that carpeting and lobby area looked dated. We were checked in on the lobby level floor in the back where there was water view. However, as we approached our room, we could hear loud noises and feel vibrations from heavy construction. We thought it was some construction outside the hotel, but we were in a rush to get to an event, so we ignored it. When we checked in, we were not told of any construction noise or disturbance. The next day at 7am in the morning we were awakened by a loud/heavy construction/drilling noise. The construction as it turned out was in the hotel premises next door room to us being built/constructed. I went to the front desk to complain about the situation and spoke with the “Director of Front Office (Director)” who was very rude to me about the situation and seem to offer a change of room which was significantly lower grade than what we had booked. The title of the Director was a glorified title for an uncultured personality who had no clue what customer service is. She was speaking to me on a high pitch hoping to scare me which failed. I left the discussion angry and we went for breakfast outside the hotel. Upon returning to the room, I called front desk and asked for the Manager/General Manager (GM). I was told the GM was in a meeting and would call me back in a half hour. In a half hour I heard back from the front desk, and I was asked to come to the front. I requested that the GM come to my room so that I wanted him to experience what we were experiencing. I was told that they would meet with me at the front desk only. So, I went there. When I reached in a two-minute conversation I was told to vacate the premises within 1.5 hours as my behavior was inappropriate. The manager told me that my previous day’s deposit was already refunded the night before and no further charge will be made as they have cancelled our reservation. The GM said the construction did not begin at 7am and he was there when the construction started and he said the noise was mild sanding of the luxury room being built. Clearly lying and trying to intentionally minimize the disturbance and using intimidation. We left the hotel premises as soon as possible. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on our experience with the accommodation, hotel décor and dating. Our room furniture, carpet and the bathroom were dated for a premium waterfront room that we paid for. The management and staff behavior in our experience did not match the cosmopolitan environment and cultural mix that City of Boston represents.
Nice location, room and bed very comfortable
When we checked in we were told we were being given a room upgrade. We had booked a King room with water view and the suite we were given had no view. We asked to have our original room and felt like we were inconveniencing the front desk staff at that point. We did get the original room we booked but the process was frustrating. Lobby could be cleaner
Great hotel and the staff was so friendly. Location is perfect and very quiet. Rooms are very high end with everything you could need .
