Well situated in the Jing-An district close to high end shopping and restaurants. Lovely furnishings incorporating traditional Chinese and modern elements. Great breakfast and service.

Fantastic room , great staff and very helpful. My daughter is celiac and they helped us and catered for her needs .

Отдельно понравилось расположение. Рядом много магазинов и ресторанов, можно спокойно гулять пешком. При этом вокруг нет такого шума и количества людей, как на Бунде, и для нас это оказалось большим плюсом.

Огромная благодарность Camille за помощь и внимание на протяжении всего нашего проживания. Она всегда была на связи и помогала со всеми возникающими вопросами.

Также я посещала спа и делала великолепный китайский массаж у мастера Деси. Она классная, мне всё очень понравилось.

У нас остались прекрасные впечатления от отеля. В следующий приезд в Шанхай с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова.

I visit Shanghai several times a year, and I always stay at Puli. Its central location is just a minute from a subway station. Led by Mr. Cai, the concierge team is superb and always make me feel welcome when I return. This time I stayed at one of their newly renovated junior suites. On the way to my room, the floor display of artworks resembled a museum, and it continued with the room's moody lighting, hushed atmosphere, beautiful books and fancy bar. Everything appears custom-made, beautiful, modern and elegant. Kept very clean, the upgraded bathroom comes with a new TOTO Neorest toilet. The bed and its bedding were sleek and comfortable. My housekeeper, Ms. Wang, was warm, attentive and helpful. She made my stay there special. Puli is on a new level of hospitality with its warmth, beauty, comfort and Zen-like simplicity.

There are stays you simply check out from, and then there are stays that leave a mark on your heart. Mine was the latter, thanks largely to one remarkable person.

From the very beginning, everything went smoothly. Ms. Candy and the reception team handled my booking with ease. Chief Concierge Mike has been very helpful.

Even a general staff is also a gem there. Mr. Ed Zhao at the Concierge. He did not just do his job; he watched over us like a guardian angel. On our first day, when we asked for directions to Kerry Shopping Mall, he did not simply point us the way. He also pointed out there was an underground passage, just so we would not get wet in the rain. Another day, as we waited for our car, he gently insisted we stay inside the cool lobby, saving us from the sweltering heat.

He did not treat us like guests; he treated us like family. Every time we saw him, he was a reassuring figure—trustworthy, sincere, and always ready with honest advice. In a strange city, he made us feel safe.

Amazing design / great ambience / excellent location

It was a super nice stay! The PuLi Shanghai is a great hotel: lovely people, super stylish interior, breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect! And the service was great. Would recommend my friends to stay here for sure. Thanks so much Mike and the team!

The entire experience was magnificient from the monumental lobby all the way to the careful details of the jewel tray at bed side table. The spa treatment was superb.
