A great bed, excellent staff in an ideal location.
Pros:

The bed was excellent.
The room very clean and refurbished.
Staff were excellent.

Cons:

I always have issues when I can't open a window to get a bit of fresh air (I use a sleep apnea machine)... I wasn't able to open the front window.

Staff very helpful in sorting out a booking issue. Didn't have to move rooms when I inadvertently booked the family suite for 2 nights instead of 3. Excellent service.

Basic value for money accommodation
Pros:

Room was spacious enough with basic and functional facilities. Unusually for a motel room, there were some crockery and cutlery provided so you could eat a basic / takeaway meal. Bathroom was dated but spacious enough. It's centrally located being one street away from the main street.

Cons:

Sink in the bathroom was the only sink (and was cracked). So you had to wash knifes and forks in the bathroom.

Staff excellent and upgraded us to a bigger room. Thank you. Comfortable. Shower and all facilities great.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Clean and comfortable room. Laundry available which was a bonus for us as we were traveling for 10 days.

Cons:

The only complaint was that the room was not serviced on Day 2 of our 3 day stay. We left towels on floor and Service tag on door, but no service given during the day whilst we were out touring. That was a bit disappointing.
