Pros:

Friendly obliging staff

Cons:

The bed was hard. Breakfast didn't start till 10am. There was only one hanger in the wardrobe. The cold water tap in the room was broken.

Considering that the hotel was short staffed, the stay was good and the staff were helpful.
Pros:

All food was really good....evening meals and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the Lisa the manager was good at her job. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The sofa was not comfortable and a little grubby.

Cons:

I would have liked breakfast to start at 9.00 AM instead of 10.00 AM especially as the checking out time was 11.00 AM

bargain! would stay again for certain.
Pros:

Location great! quiet & peaceful, yet not to far from the city. room was comfortable & clean. Staff very friendly & welcoming when arrived, dinner menu was good, with affordable pricing.

Lovely setting, the hotel was comfortable and staff were friendly and attentive. Good choice of food from bar menu and breakfast was good.

Extremely poor, would not stay again
Pros:

Location, nothing else

Cons:

Bathroom ceiling boarded up, mouldy, clicking noise, shower no pressure, not warm, shower gel didn't work. Cooked breakfast only available between 10am and 11am. What use is that for people that leave for work?
