Симпатичный отель, но проблемный
Pros:

Отель в старом особняке в приятном районе южного Лондона. Прислали инструкции по заселению. Сам номер симпатичный, всё есть. Большая кровать, чайник, телевизор (не включал), холодильник. Душ работает хорошо, есть ванна

Cons:

В номере на нижнем этаже очень хорошо слышно проходящие поезда метро (но для желающих есть беруши). Розетки только британские, переходника в номере нет. Но это мелочи. Главная проблема - в плохой коммуникации. Классического ресепшна в гостинице нет, писать с вопросами надо в чат букинга, отвечают медленно. Есть номер телефона для срочных случаев, но у меня не получилось дозвониться туда по WhatsApp.

В день заезда не работало электричество, никто не предупредил, я кое-как нашел девушку которая сказала что "мой менеджер занимается этим". В итоге через час-два часть освещения заработало (но не розетки), к ночи уже работало всё. Было довольно критично, т.к. надо было зарядить телефон

Во второй день я вернулся в отель после 22 часов, и моя карта перестала работать и для входа в здание, и в мой номер. Судя по всему, карта была запрограммирована на одну ночь проживания, хотя оплачено было две. Вот здесь я и пытался дозвониться по emergency номеру, но безрезультатно. В итоге нашел сотрудницу, позвонив в дверной звонок у центральной двери, которая выдала мне новую карту

Считаю, что два крупных косяка за две ночи проживания - это чересчур. Советую отелю наладить коммуникацию с гостями, в том числе по срочным вопросам

Great value stay with good access to Brixton. Parking available which is a bonus. Clean room.
Pros:

Great location to get to Brixton Academy. Rooms a little tired but very clean. Rooms were big. Clean bedding and towels. Kettle with tea and coffee in the room too which was a bonus. Gentleman in charge was friendly and helpful. Value for money for London stay. Will return.

Cons:

Walls are quite thin, we had noisy neighbours but this isn't hotels fault

Pros:

My go to Hotel for that part of London
Pros:

Location is ideal for my needs. There is a Tesco extra and M&S in walking distance. The room has a fridge so easy to get and store provisions. The common is also a short walk to get out into some green space. Tube station and bus stops also very close by. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Cons:

Located on a busy road next to a bar. There was a fair bit of noise, earplugs are provided.

Great value and location

Moi j’aime Londres donc j’y vais souvent 😂
Pros:

La tranquillité mais il y a du bruit de l’extérieur

Cons:

Le ménage mal fait et le matin hormis le 1 er jour pas de chocolat en poudre et manque une poubelle dans la chambre
La non puissance de l’eau(filet d’eau faible )et trop chaud malgré 2 ventilateurs

Location was close to train station, parks and restaurants

There was a lot of mould in the bathroom, the room does get a bit of train and traffic noise and can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.
