A wonderful stay at Clapham with everything you need right on your door step.
Pros:

The location was excellent for access to the underground, cafes and family we were visiting at Clapham Common
The staff were very helpful making our staff easy.

Cons:

Nothing as it fully met our needs

Pros:

Room was fine, I didn't realise there was breakfast, but very handy to good shops and cafes so no problem.

A little tight for space, but it is what I paid for.

I was an ideal location and I slept well
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, I was located on the top floor and it was quiet. Slept really well

Cons:

It’s an oldish building, you have to expect the usual from an older building

Pros:

Location right by the tube and walkable to Clapham Common. Fridge in the room, comfy bed, parking in site at a reasonable price (but definitely for small cars), great staff, awesome price.

Cons:

For the price, everything was spot on.

Ideal for my purposes
Pros:

I stay at the gateway every year as I take part in the London to Brighton cycle ride. Literally, a few minutes walking distance from the start line, a few minutes walk from a supermarket and several fast food outlets.

Cons:

The road outside the hotel can be quite noisy, but this is a main road. It didn't disturb me and I slept with the window open as it was a warm night.

Pros:

The Gateway is an excellent budget hotel. I have stayed there several times and the rooms are always clean and the staff are helpful. There plenty of cafes and restaurants a few steps away and 3 supermarkets.

Cons:

A small peev - I could have done with some more clothes hangers. To be fair to the hotel, I didn't actually ask for extra hangers
