Location was okay but a bit tricky to get to driving and walking

Cons:

small room. Uncomfortable. Upstairs even though I was sure I asked if there was a room with no stairs to it. Cold. Bed for two was so bouncy that anytime someone moved the other woke up.

40th Anniversary trip
Pros:

My husband and I stayed from Fri 9th Oct - 11th Oct. On arrival we were given a lovely warm welcome by Donna & Jackie. Our room was lovely and clean. During a conversation with them we mentioned it was our 40th Wedding Anniversary on Sat 10th Oct and that we had our honeymoon in Oban. On our return from a trip up to Fort William on the Sat the girls had put a bottle of bubbly in our room. We were touched by their kindness. They were both so helpful and nothing was a bother. The hotel has fantastic views of the bay and is just a short walk to the shops, pubs & restaurants. Looking forward to returning next year and of course seeing the girls.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé l'ambiance de cet hôtel. Les chambres sont vraiment rudimentaires. L'accueil était agréable mais l'ambiance générale non. D'ailleurs finalement nous avons préféré changer d'établissement.
