Delightful!!
Pros:

Location was a good walk to the town centre which we enjoyed.

Bonus having a free car park

Would have liked the option of breakfast and not just a box. However that did not spoil our stay.

Ladies looking after the Hotel were friendly, chatty and very pleasant.

Cons:

Shower pressure was not good - but apart from that we cannot complain. Thank you!

Pros:

Huge room. Quick walk to town.

Cons:

On arrival a short time early before check in, rung the bell as sign advised. Was apologetic about being early but staff who came made a point to say the office was closed - even though there was a sign to say ring the bell.

Bed was clean room was clean BUT NO HOT WATER FOR A SHOWER WE BOTH HAD TO HAVE A COLD SHOWER 😡
Pros:

The room was clean bed was comfortable

Cons:

We had no hot water for a shower so we both to have a cold shower was not happy 😡
The room was small had to ask for a second pillows
Window would not shut right

Pros:

La vicinanza con il centro e la comodità di parcheggiare. Bella la zona comune con vista. Smart tv collegata grande.

Cons:

Parcheggio, non facile da fare entrando in una strada privata. Anche la manovra di uscita difficile. Camera piccola ma soprattutto bagno con lavandino direttamente nel water.

Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Carpets are worn. Outside of the building needs some landscape attention! Tidying up, weeding - that sort of thing. The reception area could be a little more cheery!

La camera è molto grande con un piccolo soggiorno prima della zona notte. Il parcheggio è a fianco dell'hotel. La struttura è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città

The view from room 11 was stunning. Lovely friendly staff in great location to town.
