Our stay was fantastic as it always is.
Pros:

We have stayed here for several years now, both when my daughter is dancing and also just for pleasure and we love it, my parents also come and say here now due to our recommendation and they also love it.

Brillant stay, good value for money
Pros:

Excellent stay, jackie was very welcoming and friendly.
Room 11 was lovely, big window and great view.

Enjoyable comfortable stay during work
Pros:

Nice hotel. staff were lovely and very welcoming. Room was lovely. Amazing view.

Cons:

The hotel needs a little TLC especially the ceilings from leaks etc

Pity they didnt modernized the windows when they refurbished the hotel
Pros:

Very large rooms, some of them having a quite magnificent view on Oban and the Bay

Cons:

Mostly the noise, our room was still fitted with single glazing windows and the hotel being along a very busy road with heavy traffic day and night I barely had any sleep or rest during our stay

Pros:

I had a large, clean room with comfortable bed. Lovely view of the harbour from the bedroom window.

Cons:

Difficult to find any staff as they weren’t there most of the time.
Room cleaned only every other day.
Walk to station and ferry port about 15 minutes, some of it with no pavement. Would be fine if you went there by car.

Great value with a lovely view
Pros:

Nice location away from the town centre but still very close and easily accessible. Great view from our room and the bed was comfy. Great to have streaming services available on the TV too

Cons:

Not really an issue with the hotel itself, but when approaching the hotel from Deanery Brae the pavement stops suddenly and you have to walk on the road. Obviously beyond the control of the hotel but just something to be aware of.

Pros:

Azzurro come il mare. Personale molto accogliente, disponibile, gentile e premuroso (anche generoso). Letto molto comodo. Bagni ok. Vista dalle stanze e dalla zona comune incantevole e indimenticabile.

Cons:

Forse il parcheggio un po selvaggio

Pros:

Spacious suite, bar with large screen, good for world cup. A short walk from Corran Halls. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Window in bedroom screwed shut, only window in adjoining room opened. A fan was provided but in the heat wave it was too hot.
No breakfast except breakfast box, heavy on the wheat products, no gluten free option.

Did the job.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the room looked like it had been freshly decorated and had a new carpet and curtains. Lovely big walk in shower.

Cons:

No food was served at this hotel, however there was a well stocked bar. The outside appearance needs some serious money spending on it. Painted, weeding etc, which is a shame because what's inside is really nice.
