Important information:

New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of ​​the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties.

The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancelation conditions will apply.

All apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.

Beach and pool towels are available at an additional cost and with a refundable cash deposit.

Tout était parfait, du personnel à la propreté des lieux, en passant par l'emplacement de l'etabliss
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel, l'espace dans la location et sa propreté, la facilité pour se garer et le léger retrait du centre-ville.

Cons:

Tout était parfait !
Les voisins du dessus étaient particulièrement bruyants, mais cela reste indépendant de la structure...

Pros:

l’emplacement proche du centre, des commerces et du terminal de bus, la piscine, le personnel. Jolie surprise à l’arrivée où nous avions 1 appartement avec chambre au lieu d’un studio. Superbe salle de bain.

Cons:

Jeunes voisins de chambres très fêtards et bruyants et sol de la chambre pas très propre, nous avions vite les chaussettes noires. mais ça n’entache clairement pas le beau séjour que nous avons passé.

Great Value & Well Located Apartments
Pros:

We travelled as a group of 20 friends for a weekend break in Albufeira.
Having researched the area well, I decided to pick Alfagar Cerro Malpique as it ticked alot of boxes & was not left disappointed.
The apartments are very spacious & kept very clean but also thought they offered great value.
It's located a 5 minute walk from the old town square in a nice quiet location which was ideal for us. (Just to note, access to & from the square is down some steep steps)

All staff we came across were informative & helpful
The pool area was nice & clean but also quiet so could easily relax in the sun for an afternoon.
There is also a pool bar which is reasonably priced.
I would recommend this accommodation to all types - friends, families or couples
We would defiantly stay again if we came back to Albufeira.

A great place to stay - I have stayed there three times and I'm staying again in July-
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and they were at reception all night if needed

Cons:

The steps down to the old town square were manageable going down but a bit " challenging " going up after a night on the tiles .

Great hotel, excellent location and good value for money
Pros:

The rooms were incredibly spacious. All very clean. Great location and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The pool area is very comfortable but could be modernised and the bar wasn’t very well stocked.

Pros:

Spacious appartments & fitted kitchen. Staff were lovely & a BIG shout out to Isabelle who upgraded our room for my birthday

Muito agradável Recomendo!
Pros:

Apartamento amplo, com terraço, cozinha equipada, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade, limpeza e localização . Não ficamos no prédio principal mas também tinha uma área de piscina. Este prédio secundário fica mais distante da escadaria que desce para o centrinho de Albufeira. Tem uma vista bonita já que fica na parte alta da cidade. Tem estacionamento.

Cons:

Éramos em 3 pessoas , para um adulto, o sofá cama na sala não é muito confortável, precisa renovar .
O retorno para o hotel caminhando é um pouco puxado por causa da escadaria.
Para estadias curtas seria bom ter a possibilidade de café da manhã pois supermercado, padaria tem que ir de carro.
