Important information:

New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of ​​the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties.

The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancelation conditions will apply.

All apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.

Beach and pool towels are available at an additional cost and with a refundable cash deposit.

Great property, such friendly staff and the 24hr reception was handy. Great location, less than 10 minute walk to the old town however walking up those steps the way back is killer 😂
Staff were so lovely and friendly.

Cons:

Only issue we had was with ants, we found them in one of the bedrooms and told reception, someone came to clean the room soon after and didn’t have another problem in that room. However we found more ants later on in the bathroom and sofa. We again alerted the housekeeper who called and said she would be back but never returned. Only issue we had though overall great stay.

Pros:

Hôtel très calme, lits confortables, appartement assez bien équipé, personnel très serviable

Cons:

pas grand chose à part la situation en hauteur par rapport à la vieille ville un peu fatigante en montée.
la restauration n'est pas prévue mais des super marchés et le marché municipale ne sont pas loin.

Pros:

Very nice apartment.
I loved that we had 3 balconies.
Kitchen was well equipped.
The beds were comfortable.
Property was well located.
Aldi and Ludl within walking distance.

Cons:

There were 2 different blocks and on the first day our taxi driver dropped us at one of the blocks instead of reception. It was murder pulling our suitcases up the hill in over 30 degree heat. Thankfully we got a lift to our apartment which was away from the main reception. If you want to be near friends or family also staying there you need to request it when booking as we were unfortunately situated away from the apartments of our other family members. There was a separate pool also for each block.

Les voisins du dessus étaient particulièrement bruyants, mais cela reste indépendant de la structure...

Pros:

l’emplacement proche du centre, des commerces et du terminal de bus, la piscine, le personnel. Jolie surprise à l’arrivée où nous avions 1 appartement avec chambre au lieu d’un studio. Superbe salle de bain.

Cons:

Jeunes voisins de chambres très fêtards et bruyants et sol de la chambre pas très propre, nous avions vite les chaussettes noires. mais ça n’entache clairement pas le beau séjour que nous avons passé.

Great Value & Well Located Apartments
Pros:

We travelled as a group of 20 friends for a weekend break in Albufeira.
Having researched the area well, I decided to pick Alfagar Cerro Malpique as it ticked alot of boxes & was not left disappointed.
The apartments are very spacious & kept very clean but also thought they offered great value.
It's located a 5 minute walk from the old town square in a nice quiet location which was ideal for us. (Just to note, access to & from the square is down some steep steps)

All staff we came across were informative & helpful
The pool area was nice & clean but also quiet so could easily relax in the sun for an afternoon.
There is also a pool bar which is reasonably priced.
I would recommend this accommodation to all types - friends, families or couples
We would defiantly stay again if we came back to Albufeira.
