Important information:

New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of ​​the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties.

The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancelation conditions will apply.

All apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.

Beach and pool towels are available at an additional cost and with a refundable cash deposit.

Spacious, clean & comfortable
Pros:

Spacious appartments & fitted kitchen. Staff were lovely & a BIG shout out to Isabelle who upgraded our room for my birthday

Cons:

Its on an incline so for anyone who mobility issues they’d struggle

Muito agradável Recomendo!
Pros:

Apartamento amplo, com terraço, cozinha equipada, cama confortável, chuveiro bom, roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade, limpeza e localização . Não ficamos no prédio principal mas também tinha uma área de piscina. Este prédio secundário fica mais distante da escadaria que desce para o centrinho de Albufeira. Tem uma vista bonita já que fica na parte alta da cidade. Tem estacionamento.

Cons:

Éramos em 3 pessoas , para um adulto, o sofá cama na sala não é muito confortável, precisa renovar .
O retorno para o hotel caminhando é um pouco puxado por causa da escadaria.
Para estadias curtas seria bom ter a possibilidade de café da manhã pois supermercado, padaria tem que ir de carro.

O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido por conta de muitos cabelos, mas desentupimos e ficou tudo bem.

Lovely experience overall, great location
Pros:

On arrival, the lady was very polite and offered us a room upgrade which was nice. We upgraded to a one bed apartment which was really spacious.
The hotel provided water through a water fountain which was a plus.
Small supermarket 2 min walk away (cash only) for essentials.
Old town was super close but does include quite a lot of steps.

Cons:

The kitchen could’ve had a couple more bits such as salt and pepper, kitchen towels, better washing up liquid (was watery) but was fine.
We were only allowed one clean of the apartment for the 3 nights we were there and were frowned upon for asking for fresh towels. When the apartment was cleaned, all that was done was bed made and new towels - no floor clean or wiping down of bathroom.
The pool was quite loud with a lot of young boys arriving every day with a speaker around 2pm til late which wasn’t very relaxing but was fine.

Mjög gott hótel.
Pros:

Herbergið var mjög rúmgott og hreint. Frábær sunlaugagarðurinn með smá bar þar sem hægt er að fá drykki, ís og samlokur. Þvottavélin var óvænt ánægja og hægt að kaupa þvottaefni.

Cons:

Reykingar á sundlaugasvæðinu voru óþolandi. Það ætti að banna að reykja við sundlaugina.

Pros:

Really pleasant for a 3 star hotel staff on reception were lovely! Location is on a hill from old town but ideal to be able to go out but be silent in the day

Perfect stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped.
The pool area was a lovely place to spend our day. For the evening, it was a short walk into town.

Cons:

We came in June but the stock on bar was not up to full trading yet, which was a shame, we’d have spent more money there.
That is the only negative I could give.

Nice complex with lovely pool area. Really quiet and relaxing. Apartment was big. Man on reception was so nice. Cleaned very second day which was good.

Una piacevole scoperta
Pros:

Una piacevole scoperta. siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti della grandezza del nostro monolocale. con doppio balconcino, ed esposto a sud, quindi sempre illuminato. siamo stati freschi nonostante i 30 gradi esterni e non abbiamo mai dovuto fare affidamento al condizionatore. Vicino la reception c'era un comodo erogatore di acqua filtrata. Abbiamo usato anche la cucina per cucinare senza intoppi. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura era davvero piccolo, ma abbiamo trovato posto sempre facilmente direttamente davanti la struttura.

Cons:

Letti non proprio comodissimi, soprattutto la brandina del divano letto che era piuttosto piccola come dimensioni.

Great location, there is some serious steps up and down to the square but very manageable. The pool area is great. The apartment was spacious and modern.

Cons:

Housekeeping was good for changing towels, just a small thing but floors were not cleaned during the 7 days.
