Aufenthalt in einem der schönsten Orte des Elsass
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Eguisheim, hoteleigener Parkplatz, der, wenn man spätabends kommt, überfüllt ist.
Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch im Gastrobereich strahlt Hektik aus. Das im Hotel integrierte Restaurant ist mit der Bedienung scheinbar überfordert, lange Wartezeiten, falsche Gerichte werden serviert.

Pros:

The location was perfect. And it was so convenient they have their own parking. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Most of the staff was not friendly. Our room hd no windows. The door had glass panels but the view was the patio of the restaurant so you could not look outside or get fresh air in. I asked for a bath but that wasn't even addressed.

Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können,
die leeren Pflegeprodukte standen unten in der Dusche und das Knie der Toilette war braun.

Excellent stay in the most beatiful village of Alsace
Pros:

The hotel is located in the prettiest village of Alsace. The personnel were extremely friendly. One of my daughters joined at short notice, and immediately an additional bed was accommodated for her. I recommend calling the property before; they are extremely kind and understanding.
Breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Normally, when I book for the whole family, I can swap people between different rooms, because I have a mixture of grown-ups and little children. I have learnt that, due to recent regulations, this is no longer possible. I recommend to check this before booking.
