Ottima esperienza
Pros:

Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso grande alla grandissima professionalità di tutto il personale, nessuno escluso. Un grande elogio in particolare per Katiuscia, Ivano e tutti i ragazzi del loro staff per la grande disponibilità e dedizione verso il cliente. Un ringraziamento anche per Ernesto e Nino e tutto il loro sempre efficiente e simpatico staff. In ultimo, ma non per importanza, la reception con Martina e tutte le meravigliose ragazze sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza.

Pros:

La struttura è immersa nel verde, in un’ottima posizione a circa 10 minuti da Assisi.
Ambiente molto tranquillo. Dispone di un ampio parcheggio gratuito.
Ho trovato l’albergo molto pulito e il personale gentile.
La colazione era buona anche se alcuni prodotti sono troppo industriali. Assenti le bevande vegetali, solo su richiesta era presente il latte di soia.
Dispone di un buon ristorante, ottima la presenza di un menù bambini.
Ottima la presenza nei bagni dei prodotti per l’igiene di Fragonard.

Cons:

Nella camera il soffione della doccia era rovinato, non adatto ad un albergo a 4 stelle. La porta del bagno aveva la maniglia rotta, non si poteva chiudere.

Un’oasi di tranquillità nella valle di Assisi, con qualche limite nella ristorazione
Pros:

Torniamo spesso al Valle di Assisi e, nel complesso, è una struttura che consiglio e nella quale soggiorniamo sempre volentieri.

La posizione è davvero piacevole: l’hotel è completamente immerso nella campagna della valle di Assisi e, appena arrivati, ci si ritrova circondati da un enorme giardino di ulivi. Anche il grandissimo parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti contribuisce subito a dare una sensazione di comodità e tranquillità.

Gli ambienti interni sono moderni, spaziosi, molto puliti e completamente climatizzati. Le camere sono uno dei punti di forza: grandi, moderne, silenziose e ben insonorizzate, con letti comodi e bagni spaziosi. Hanno quasi l’impostazione di un ottimo business hotel e, una volta chiusa la porta, si gode di una notevole privacy e tranquillità.

Molto belli anche gli spazi esterni. La grande piscina, con vista su Assisi e sulla valle, è sicuramente uno degli elementi più suggestivi della struttura. Nei nostri soggiorni non l’abbiamo quasi mai trovata eccessivamente affollata, quindi siamo sempre riusciti a godercela piacevolmente.

Merita una nota positiva anche la SPA, ampia, spaziosa e ben organizzata. L'accesso non è compreso nel soggiorno e il prezzo non è particolarmente economico, ma l'esperienza è piacevole. Abbiamo provato anche i massaggi e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Il discorso cambia un po’ quando si arriva alla ristorazione. In estate abbiamo trascorso serate veramente piacevoli, cenando all’aperto, in una zona ombreggiata e con una bellissima vista su Assisi. In queste occasioni l’atmosfera è davvero suggestiva.

Avendo però frequentato l’hotel in diversi periodi dell’anno, abbiamo sperimentato anche situazioni molto diverse. È una struttura fortemente orientata alle famiglie e spesso sono presenti molti bambini e anche animali. Quando la cena viene servita all’interno, il livello di confusione può diventare notevole: in alcune occasioni abbiamo fatto persino fatica a parlare al tavolo.

Pros:

Wij hadden de luxekamer, deze was ruime en zeer mooie ingericht. Ook ruime badkamer en ruime balkon. Kamer werd elke dag gepost. Mooi zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen. Zeer goed ontbijt. Mooi domein met uitzicht op Assisi. Hotel zeer centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes in Umbrie.

Cons:

De aankomst. Aan receptie was een onvriendelijke dame. Kregen bijna geen uitleg. Wij hadden op laatste een dag bijgeboekt maar daar moesten we dan op de laatste dag naar een andere kamer. De dame was niet bereid dit op te lossen. De dag erna konden andere mensen aan de receptie dit wel. Andere receptionisten waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook rest van personeel was zeer vriendelijk.
